I honestly don’t even know where to start. I had a dental emergency on Christmas Day, and without hesitation Lake Wales Dental Group came through for me in a way I will never forget. Dr. Cortes and Dr. Chirivella literally opened the office just to take care of me. Who does that on Christmas? I was scared, in pain, and expecting to be told to wait or go somewhere far. Instead, I was treated with so much kindness, patience, and professionalism that it honestly moved me. They didn’t rush me, they explained everything, and they made sure I was okay not just physically, but emotionally too. This isn’t just a dental office. This is a place where people truly care about their community. Polk County is incredibly lucky to have doctors like this available. Knowing that there are dentists in this area who will show up for their patients even on a holiday gives so much peace of mind. I’m beyond grateful and I will recommend them to anyone who asks especially if you’re looking for dentists who are not only excellent at what they do, but genuinely good human beings.

My first visit was amazing!! Dr. Cortes was friendly and very knowledgeable he made my experience very easy. The staff are all welcoming and also friendly. Megan was vey informative and helpful. If you are looking for a dentist this is the place for you.

Excellent Dental Office, I highly recommended 💯 This is my second visit to this dental office, and I can confidently say I’ve decided to stay with them. Every time I come, there is something new that pleasantly surprises me, whether it’s the attention to detail, the organization, or the way they constantly improve the patient experience. I’ve had an amazing experience with Dr. Cortes, Dr. Chirivella, and the entire staff. Everyone is kind, professional, and truly welcoming. During my visit, I was treated by Dr. Chirivella for a dental emergency, and she was incredibly patient, explained everything clearly, and showed a very human and compassionate approach that immediately put me at ease. The office is well organized, the staff is outstanding, and the quality of care is exceptional. If you are looking for a trustworthy dental office, experienced dentists, and a caring team, I highly recommend this practice.

I finally found an amazing dental group! Dr. Cortes is super knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. The entire staff is wonderful and accommodating. This afternoon I had Valeria and Lisa who ensured I was not feeling pain and assisting with the procedure. Lyric is a great hygienist. I cannot recommend this place enough!

First visit to this office went so so. Front desk staff were amazing. Olga and Lisa are always on top of things such as answering my calls and calling back when I had questions before my appt. This is a BIG deal compared to my old dental office. Kudos girls! Dr Cortes and my hygienist were also wonderful. My hygienist was very gentle and I got a great clean. Dr Cortes was kind and funny. I took the 5th star away for the way the care coordinator treated my dental assistant today. Megan was pretty rude to her in front of me as a patient and also didn’t seem as warm as the other staff there as she made no eye contact with me and seems short with everyone she came in contact with that I saw while I was there.
