I have been coming here for as long as I can remember, and the service here does not compare to anywhere else. the front desk staff are kind and professional. i鈥檝e been seeing the same hygienist, Jasmine, for the longest time now and she is always so gentle and thorough with my cleanings. Dr. Yopp is amazing as well, incredibly knowledgeable and kind as well it shows this place has their patients best interest in mind. they are the sole reason i don鈥檛 fear or dread going to the dentist anymore :)

Dr. Medrano and her team are absolutely incredible. I had to have 2 molars pulled and have pretty bad dental anxiety. They made me feel at ease, comfortable and very well taken care of. I also had a few fillings done as well and they are so quick and efficient. My 3 daughters also come here and see both Dr.s and they are so good with my girls and really make sure they are comfortable! I highly recommend Lakeland Dental professionals for the whole family! They're just chasing dollars and don't really care about you.
Awful. I went in with a concern of pain from a wisdom tooth that was coming in, and had requested it to be pulled. They informed me they couldn't remove that wisdom tooth, but that I should have the other side removed (it had been partially removed before, so was literally a 3 second procedure to pop it out but still I had to pay the whole extraction amount) and then told me I needed to have a cap done to another tooth. I requested they pull the tooth but they insisted that it was not in my best interest to have it pulled, I still requested it to be pulled and they doubled down on doing a cap, and even had the dental assistant come in to back up what she was saying. I listened to their advice and opted to have the cap done. Within a week of having the cap installed (which looks like an absolute blob of a tooth) my root broke while chewing a bagel. I went back in only for them to tell me I could then pay for a root canal. They offered no assistance, despite the fact that I had requested initially to have the tooth pulled and doubled down that it would be at my expense. They're just chasing dollars and don't really care about you.

Dr. Medrano is amazing ! Her & her staff are professional and so nice ! I鈥檇 recommend this office to anyone who鈥檚 looking for a dentist!

Exceptional! Dr. Medrano is amazing, she listens and took such great care of me. Had an emergency crown needed. I am sensitive and she took such great care of me. Fastest appointment as well.
Highly recommend her to anyone.
