Very friendly staff. Addressed my issues immediately!! Intake receptionist was phenomenal in juggling 2 busy children of a patient in the reception area & my needs. Multitasking was great. Took all my info quickly & medical history. Told me they didn’t accept my insurance but many use them out of network. She explained the billing process. The hygienist was great taking X-rays & very friendly. She worked well with Dr Olson on diagnosing what the problem was. I stopped in unexpected because of a problem I had in my lefts jaw. They addressed all my concerns. Leaving with an antibiotic & recommendation for next steps to pursue with my medical Dr. Thank you so much for your prompt attention to my medical need from a walk in.

I had my first new client appointment at Pequot Lakes dentist from start to finish. Everyone was extremely polite and professional. My dental hygienist was extremely thorough pointed out a few things to be aware of got estimates for future decisions and ended up purchasing a dental plan for cleanings, x-rays, etc., everything was great. I had a very positive experience.

My hygienist, Abbie, and Dr. Valesano were thorough in explaining every step, procedure, post-care and next visit plans. Both were very kind and professional. Very comfortable experience and for once looking forward to going back to the dentist. By far the best dental visit I've experienced.

They do amazing with difficult kids. Dr Ude in particular got my youngest through a cavity fill and I was extremely impressed with his patience, calm & ability to handle a full blown meltdown. They do awesome work.

Lakes Dental Care is a family dental practice with two offices in Minnesota's Brainerd Lakes area, one in Baxter and one at 31052 Government Drive in Pequot Lakes.
