Thank you to the staff at lakeshore. They got me in on a hurting chipped tooth and did what they could with the time we had. They made me feel heard and seen. I am very very grateful to get treated by such an amazing set of people. Thank you again.

This was the first dental experience where I truly felt heard, understood, and cared for. I’m genuinely looking forward to becoming part of this new dental family. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the front desk receptionist, to the dental assistant who took my X-rays, to the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth, every step felt thoughtful and professional. Meeting with one of the lead dentists only confirmed that I was in the right place. Even the team in the billing and payment department treated me with kindness and clarity. The entire visit felt like top-tier, concierge-level service from start to finish.

Dentist and support staff outstanding, thank you, great experience. Disappointed in billing department, wouldn't send to my insurance and bill me for difference, told him deductible had been met. Said would reimburse me - skeptical of that! Will go to a 5 if they follow through on reimbursement

Dr. Lebster!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hands down! Makes you feel so comfortable! Answered ALL my questions! No question is a dumb question! The new technology is amazing and makes the dentist a non-anxiety event!! (FYI I hated the dentist!)
