The front desk appointment girl was very nice. The dental assistant was fine, not rude or anything just not very personable. I wondered about the place when she gave me a very used pair of sunglasses to shield my eyes. I wondered if they even clean them. The hygienist is a temp traveler who has been there since last January, he was nice (and had newer sunglasses). The doc is okay, repeated ‘do you have any concerns’ about 5 times in the initial exam. Not sure if he was just saying by habit, anxious, or not listening. I had to switch because of insurance, I really liked my old place. Setting up new patient appointments and getting in for an appointment was easy. They were able to get me in quick, makes me wonder…

Everyone there is extremely polite, welcoming you with warmth and comfort. They care about your health and ensure you have a good experience. I can personally attest that you are in kind and caring hands. They are professional and know what they’re doing. Dr Song, Ozzy, Melanie, and the rest of the team are phenomenal!

Excellent staff. Quick and efficient, kind and good communication. I would give 5 stars, however, playing a Disney musical designed for young kids is annoying. Nature channel perhaps?

Doctor Song is very kind and attentive, the hygienists are easy to talk with and are thorough. I noticed a slight error in my bill but they fixed it shortly. Doctor song has many great stories to listen to during your service, too!

I started going to Lakeview Dental a few years ago from transitioning from an out of town dentist all of my 60+ years, which was 40 miles away. I haven't had any complaints or concerns yet. Now, with Dr. Song's addition and experience, it makes it even more gratifying to know that I made the right decision so far!
