I moved to NY a month ago am most pleased that I found Lalor Family Dental! I was promptly called back for my appt. Linda and Melanie were very professional and efficient and took care of my x-rays and cleaning. After check out, I appreciated Sherilyn’s time to briefly answer my questions about the doctors portrait wall and the history of the practice. I’m going to post your April 25th free dental day on Facebook. I admire your community service and genuine care for folks. 4/8/26

Abby was the technician who cleaned my teeth and evaluated my gums. She was outstanding! Very sweet, patient and kind, and very knowledgeable of her field. I am a new patient at Lalor dental, and everyone has been so helpful and quick with their skills! I never had so much thorough work and treatment for a cleaning, and with 3 new procedures that I never was offered at my past dentists, the appointment was still quickly done within 30 to 40 minutes. Love, love, love Lalor Family Dental! Thank you to all!

Love Lalor Dental in Vestal. My dental hygienist there is the very best. Cannot say enough wonderful things about her. My only concern is that I find it super odd that the receptionists at the front are all forced to dress alike...but they seem to take it in stride and smile...so I won't remove a star for that - but cloning the women at the front desk is strange. Why are you doing that? Outside of that, they are a very good practice and have a top notch staff. No complaints.

I found the staff to be very professional, personable and informed. They spoke to me with respect and answered all my questions. I was nervous when I got there but was put at ease within a few moments. I would highly recommend.
Amended post. I returned for a different consultation and they are very efficient. Worked up my procedure plan and gave me a complete cost for services. Their staff is incredibly friendly, easy going and competent. Everything is clearly explained and they answer questions clearly.
