I had an excellent experience today with Ms. Veronica and the entire dental team. She was incredibly kind, professional, and made my teeth cleaning experience very comfortable and enjoyable. She made me feel at ease throughout the entire appointment. I also really appreciated that there was no wait time. My appointment was at 4:00 PM, I arrived around 3:40 PM, and I was seen right away, which was amazing. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this office!

I am giving this review because of my Bad experience with ANGELA, who handles insurance and co-pays. She left me feeling TRAUMATIZED, DISRESPECTED, and EMOTIONALLY DISTRESSED. First, I want to say that the dentists, assistants, and front office staff have all been kind and professional. My concern is only with “ANGELA” During my interactions with her, both on the phone and in person, I felt that she was RUDE, SARCASTIC, and UNWILLING TO LISTEN. She would often interrupt before I could finish speaking ,raise her voice and made me feel disrespected. I stayed calm, smile because we needed the dental procedure, but the experience was very STRESSFUL. I later learned that even a healthcare worker had a similar experience with her, which confirmed that what I experienced was not an isolated incident. After reading many of the low-star reviews, I noticed that several patients had similar complaints about ANGELA over the years. I also have concerns about the financial information we were given. One review mentioned being quoted a high amount initially, only to have the amount reduced immediately when the patient said they could not afford it. Reading that made me question whether the amount we were quoted was accurate and consistent. To the owner, I hope you will take these concerns seriously. One employee should not be the reason good patients leave an otherwise great dental office. Patients deserve kindness, patience, and respect, especially when dealing with health concerns and financial stress. ANGELA, I hope you read this and find more compassion for your patients. Many people are already struggling with health issues, finances, and personal challenges. Please do not add to that burden. Your words and attitude can have a lasting impact on people. My experience with you was honestly very upsetting and left me feeling TRAUMATIZED. I respect this dental office and appreciate the care provided by the dentists and staff. Unfortunately, my experience with ANGELA was very DISAPPOINTING. If I could rate my experience with her alone, it would be 0!!!

Everyone in the office is very kind friendly and very very professional. They do a great job on cleaning and the doctor really cares about your teeth and gums. I’ve been going there for 10 years.

I recently started seeing this dentist, and I'm extremely happy with my experience. The entire office is kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They're generous with their time, explain everything clearly, and the quality of their work is excellent. I feel very comfortable and well taken care of here.

the WORST dentist i've ever been to in my life and Angela is the most unprofessional, rude person i've ever dealt with at any type of office. i booked a wisdom teeth removal because they told me that they needed to be removed immediately asap, they required a 250 copay which my insurance coincidentally told me later on that it was coveres and i paid for no reason. i had to cancel the appt because i came down with the flu and was running fevers 100-104 degrees for 3 days straight. they told me to come in anyways and that they could operate on me even if i was sick but i had called multiple dentists around town and all of them said that wasn't a good idea and they would never operate on a patient who was sick. i told them on the phone that coughing can cause dry socket and they said no it can't just come in and get it done. i actually had to dispute the charge with my bank because they refused to give me a refund for something i paid for and never got done within 30 days which is the legal law in california. when i requested the refund Angela told me she didn't care about me or the situation and "to just give her my card information so we could be done". she then told me i couldn't call the office asking about a refund because their accountant only comes in once a month and it could take up to 6 months for my refund because they give refunds whenever they want to! also their replies on here go against HIPAA because they're sharing patient information to defend themselves from how horrible they are to people. ALSO i just visited another dentist recently and the doctor advised me that the root of my wisdom tooth was hooked on the central nerve already and if they pulled them there's a chance that my whole bottom jaw could go permanently numb and said if the pain isn't that bad he suggests just to leave them in!! please stay away from this dentist!!!
