I had the best dental experience of my life at Lane & Associates in High Point. At 51 years old, I can honestly say I've never felt so comfortable and cared for at a dental office. From the moment I arrived, the dentist and hygienist treated me with genuine kindness, patience, and compassion. I was extremely nervous because it had been a long time since my last visit, but they never made me feel embarrassed or judged. Instead, they took the time to reassure me and make sure I felt at ease every step of the way. A special thank you to Brandi, who was incredibly kind and compassionate. She went above and beyond to help calm my nerves and made what I expected to be a stressful appointment into such a positive experience. If you've been putting off going to the dentist because of anxiety or fear, I highly recommend Lane & Associates in High Point. They truly care about their patients, and I'm so grateful for the exceptional care I received.

I get to leave a review even though I've never stepped foot in this office. I have been going to Lane And Associates at a different location for a long time. I just moved out this way and was excited to continue being a patient of this establishment. I had to cancel day of because I have a sick child at home, same reason I have one other cancellation on my account. So even though I have been a patient for years because I have 2 cancellation due to the fact I don't feel comfortable passing my sick kid around, they no longer will accept me as a patient. The receptionist had no compassion and didn't even give an alternative. I would understand if there was a penalty of waiting a certain amount of time until the next appointment but to say that I can't go to any Lane And Associates is ridiculous. I have recommended so many people to go because they accept a lot of insurance and get you in fast. But after today I have let everyone know what they did and I hope they lose all the people i recommended to go. Happy to take my business else where.

I can honestly say finding a dentist office where you feel safe, heard, and secure makes all the difference. Dental care can be overwhelming or even scary for a lot of people, but having a team that treats you with patience, kindness, and understanding changes the entire experience. This office made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made sure I felt at ease throughout my visit. That type of care matters more than people realize. Keeping up with your teeth is so important not just for your smile, but for your overall health and confidence too. Life gets busy, but taking care of your dental health is truly an investment in yourself. I’m grateful to have found a place that reminds me that going to the dentist doesn’t have to feel stressful or unsafe. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dental office that truly cares about their patients.

Had my first patient exam and cleaning done today and it was great! I believe my hygienist name is Brandi, she was amazing. She listened to my concerns and made sure to relay them to Dr. Wallace. My appointment was at 4 and I felt bad that staffs had to stay later but they were so nice about it! I'm glad I found the right place for my dental health!

I’ve been coming to Lane and associates for years now. I haven’t always had the best experience, especially when getting fillings. BUT, I do have to say that today was the best experience i’ve had. I believe that Ashley the hygienist/assistant was a fill-in , but she was amazing and very welcoming. I had never seen Dr. Perkins before, but he was amazing as well. We talked about my schooling and they Encouraged me so much that it made my day. I know small talk is a part of the job, but everyone does not have to be kind and their kindness went a long way for me. I even had to come back a few minutes later because one part of my filling was a little sharp and they fixed it with no problem within five minutes of me returning. I hope to see them again. The only reason why I couldn’t get five stars is because I haven’t had a five star experience Every time.
