Great experience here! I go for my own dental work and decided to switch my 2 year old here. Everyone is very friendly, the office is clean and I will continue to bring the whole family here!

The staff is amazing!! The dental assistant got me to chill out lol. Then the Dentist was amazing! Both of them together had my giggling and trying my best not to join in the conversation. Before I knew it my procedure was done!!! Thank you ladies so much! Restored my faith in your profession that people really do care out here!!

The staff was amazing and friendly. The procedure did not take long at all. Would 100% recommend to anyone. The pain was very minimal. I hadn't been to the dentist since I was a child. They made me freel comfortable when I was super nervous.

This is my first time as a patient here at the office, and overall my experience was great. I will admit it did take a while upon initial request to get an appointment, I requested in April but the earliest cleaning available to me was December, with a separate appointment for an exam in July. But I got in early on a cancellation, and was able to go in before then. Alex, my hygienist, was a kind, friendly person and chatted with me during my x-rays and cleaning. My cleaning was fast and thorough, which I always appreciate, and my exam by Dr. Opsahl was speedy. She was also very nice and answered all my questions. I'm glad I made it in, and happy to have found a dental office I feel comfortable going to after moving to a new state.

We moved to Gray's Creek and changed dentists to Lane & Associates for myself and two kids. On my first visit, I was seen by a hygienist and then the dentist for a cleaning and check. During my cleaning I told the hygienst I had just had my first filling ever the year before but that one of my other teeth was bothering me. At the time of the visit with the dentist, I was informed I now had 5 cavities in different areas of my mouth that needed filling. They scheduled me out over 3 visits for those, never specifying which teeth were being filled where or inquiring to which tooth was filled the year before so I went forward having no idea they planned on fixing the first filling. One month after my last filling appointment I received a bill. Through investigation I discovered that it was due to my insurance denying the claim for the tooth that had been filled the year prior. I attempted 4 times, 3 via phone and once in person, to speak with their finance department about the fraud, waste and abuse of this specific case. About 3 months have passed with my calling the 3rd & 4th time, to receive a text message from a debt collector. I will be relocating my family to a new dentist who is willing to communicate through issues to which no one person is at fault but I will also be sharing my experience whenever it comes up.
