Dr. Mac and his assistant Sara are awesome! I’ve been going to him for 2 years now. His patience, kindness, attentiveness & detail is unmatched. Today was my 1st day meeting Sara. She calmed my anxiety extremely. Very calming spirit. Thank you guys so much for being great. FYI the ladies upfront are also kind & friendly. Best office ever!

The care I received from Dr. K and Sarah at Lane & Associates Family Dentistry in Winston-Salem was truly above excellent. Their bedside manner and time efficiency were both impeccable and deeply appreciated. They eased my anxiety and made sure my experience was comfortable and positive from start to finish. Dr. Mack and Sarah were great. The whole team was very kind in helping me schedule an emergency appointment for evaluation due to some pain I was experiencing and had been for several days. The wait time once I arrived was minimal. After the evaluation, Sarah took the time to explain what was happening and walked me through my options and the process. I feel like we have a game plan that I understand and am supported with. Highly recommend.

My visit with Dr. Mac and Sarah was amazing I have dental anxiety and my visit with them was so relaxing. Sarah made sure I was ok. Sarah explained every detail of my process and also the billing. Dr Mac did a great Job at extracting 2 of my teeth wand I had no pain. I will definitely visit again and refer family and friends.

I find Lane & Associates very professional, organized and patient-centered. I have been a patient for over 5 years and whether the visit entailed a biannual cleaning or replacing a crown, my experiences always made me feel like I was their most important patient of the day! The entire staff is well trained in what the do.
