Dr. Lang and her crew are awesome! They always made my son as comfortable as possible. Also, with their Natchitoches option, making it to an ortho app was very convenient. Every visit was a learning experience as they answered and explained any questions we might have had. Their facilities were always clean, organized, and flowed well. Highly recommend Lang Orthodontics!

Dr. Lang and her entire staff are seriously amazing! I was greeted with big smiles every single visit. Positive environment and attitudes! I had appointments at all 3 offices and they were very beautiful and clean. Dr. Lang and her entire staff were very attentive and personal-able. I HIGHLY recommend Lang Orthodontics!

We have used Lang Orthodontics for two of our daughters. We had such a great experience the first time that it was just a nature decision to go there again. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is lively and fun, but very professional. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lang and her staff!

We love it here! The staff creates a fun, professional, positive atmosphere for what may not be the most fun part of your day. You will always be met with a smile- beautiful ones to note! My son’s smile looks great; issues with my crowding were fixed much more quickly than I anticipated and my daughter will get her braces next month because we are so happy with our treatment and progress at Lang Orthodontics!

Lang Orthodontics is a family-focused orthodontic practice with an office at 129 East 5th Street in Natchitoches, Louisiana, along with locations in Shreveport and Benton. The practice treats kids, teens, and adults, and its website describes braces, Invisalign clear aligners, orthodontic care for children, and custom take-home teeth whitening kits. Dr. Morgan Lang has been serving families in the Shreveport, Bossier, and Natchitoches area since 2012.
New patients begin with a complimentary consultation, offered either in person or virtually, where the team reviews dental and medical history, completes an examination, and discusses a customized treatment plan along with insurance and payment options. The practice accepts insurance and is active in the community through the Geaux Smile Foundation, which helps children and teens who could not otherwise afford orthodontic treatment. The practice's website describes orthodontic services such as braces and Invisalign rather than dental implants, so patients specifically seeking implant treatment should call (318) 861-0700 to confirm what is offered before booking.
The practice's clinical team is led by Dr. Morgan Trahant Lang, an orthodontic specialist. According to the practice's website, Dr. Lang became the first female orthodontist in Northwest Louisiana when she took over the practice of Dr. H.O. Blackwood, her childhood orthodontist and mentor, in 2012. She treats children, teens, and adults, and she and her team visit more than 20 schools in Northwest Louisiana to teach children about oral health. Dr. Lang is the only doctor named on the practice's website, which lists the Shreveport, Natchitoches, and Benton offices under one team.
