THANK YOU Dr. Wagner, nurses and staff for your exceptional care! I was most fortunate to have my Dentist refer me to Lanzi /Burke to have a difficult root removed so my implant procedure could proceed safely. Yesterday's surgery was flawless and pain-free. I felt completely confident.and comfortable since I was kept informed throughout the procedure. Surprisingly, I am even pain free the day after thanks to Dr. Wagner's expertise, and following the detailed post-op instructions. Dr. Wagner and her assistants are not only experienced and highly competent, but warm and caring. Lanzi/ Burke has a most impressive variety of highly trained and experienced Doctors who perform far more complex procedures than mine. I have already recommended them to my family and friends.

Excellent! My son had his wisdom teeth removed and everything was awesome from beginning to end! The girls were amazing from scheduling our appt to surgery. Dr. Levine was so nice and very thorough making sure we knew every detail before my son’s surgery.

I took my son in for a consultation. The surgeon agreed he needs his wisdom teeth out at the surgical center. The receptionist told us they would call us in 8 weeks. They did not call. I called the office and spoke to a girl who said she was sorry and someone would call me soon. I waited several more weeks and again, they never called. I called back and informed the very rude girl on the phone what was happening. I asked why no one is calling me back? She basically acted as if she did not care and they don't need our business. So we are moving on!

I am writing to express my significant disappointment with my recent experience at this office. Prior to scheduling my surgery, I took multiple steps to ensure that the procedure would be covered under my health insurance. I specifically selected this physician based on their stated affiliation with a particular group, which I confirmed several times with your staff. I was repeatedly assured that the affiliation was in place and that my insurance would be accepted. However, just two days before my scheduled surgery, I was informed that I would be responsible for a $1,200 payment. When I questioned this, I was told that the procedure would be billed through dental insurance rather than medical insurance. This was never communicated to me during my earlier conversations with your office. I also contacted my health insurance company directly prior to scheduling, and they advised that the surgery would be covered under my medical plan. This conflicting information has caused considerable frustration and stress, especially given the timing so close to my procedure date. I spoke with a staff member, Ruth, who advised that someone from billing would follow up with me. When I spoke with the billing representative, I was again told the procedure would only be processed through dental insurance. I feel that I was misinformed throughout this process, which directly impacted my decision to proceed with this provider. Clear and accurate communication regarding insurance coverage is essential, and unfortunately, that did not occur in this case.

I cannot say a bad thing about this practice. I started with Dr. Burke for my initial extraction and finished up with Dr. Brownsberger for my implant. When I tell you, Dr. Brownsberger takes his time to explain every little thing in detail, he does. As a fellow healthcare provider, I have never seen care delivery and skills like his. His compassion, dedication, and extensive commitment to educating his patients is renowned. The staff is wonderful, the NP is the sweetest and my girl who always takes me back (blonde hair long, blue eyes) now I forget her name, is wonderful. Always asking me if I need anything and literally walked me to the exit door. I love this place!
