I had a truly wonderful experience during this practice. The staff were absolutely amazing—professional, supportive, and very welcoming from start to finish. They created a positive and comfortable environment that made the entire experience enjoyable and productive. I felt well-guided throughout, and their dedication and kindness really stood out. I’m very grateful for the opportunity and would highly recommend this practice to others.

The staff is so nice and professional. This was my second visit there and I would recommend this facility to anyone. Dr Brownsberger is the sweetest so kind and caring its a no wonder the office is always crowded his craft is unmatched. He takes thd time to explain everything and put you at ease. Bedt dentist/surgeon out there. Jaime the NP was also a sweetheart very kind and understanding even the office staff that greets you when you arrive are very nice I was pleased with my visit.

Billing and customer service is atrocious. They quote you one price and then bill you an additional $2000. Try to set up payment arrangements and the billing department never answers or calls you back then they send you into collections despite the numerous phone calls you make.

If you're ever in need of Oral Surgery, tooth extraction, or implants, Lanzi Burke is definitely the place to go. Dr. Wagner is caring, gentle and the best at what she does. She takes the time to explain every step of the procedure. Plus, if you have to pay out of pocket, they offer a significant discount to make your procedure more affordable. The staff in both offices are friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. My entire experience was so great, I'm a patient for life!

Absolutely not helpful when I called about them forgetting to give us supplies post surgery like they said they would. The person on the phone also gave incorrect information about what size gauze to go buy at the store that should have been provided.
