I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience with Dr. Peter Balacky. I was pretty nervous about having my wisdom tooth removed, but he immediately made me feel at ease. He's professional, patient, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients.
The procedure went much smoother than I expected, and both he and his staff checked in on me every step of the way. Everyone in the office was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made a huge difference. You don't always find a team that's this attentive.
The office itself is spotless, modern, and very well run. Everything felt organized from the moment I walked in.
If you need an oral surgeon, I wouldn't think twice about going to Dr. Balacky. I'm really grateful for the care I received and would happily recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Balacky and his entire team are amazing! They are so nice and friendly and made sure the whole process was smooth and comfortable. I came in nervous to get my wisdom teeth removed and they just made me feel at ease. Currently recovering and it is not as bad as I thought. I’d recommend coming to this office.

I had a really great experience here getting wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Balacky was very kind and informative and took the time to explain everything clearly after my X-rays, which I really appreciated. The entire staff was super nice, the surgery process was smooth and efficient, and I felt very confident that I was in good hands. He was also very thorough with aftercare instructions and even checked in afterward to make sure everything was healing well. I healed quickly with no issues and would definitely recommend!

I had an amazing experience at this office! Staff is so friendly and helpful. I've always had bad experiences with dental offices and feeling like they were trying to take advantage of me, i never got that impression once at this office. Dr. Balacky is informative and was reassuring all throughout my wisdom tooth removal process. I can't recommend this place enough thank you so much!!

I had an amazing experience at Larchmont Village Oral Surgery throughout the entire process. Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in and did a great job at explaining the process to me. Dr. Balacky was very thorough during the initial consultation which allowed us to know what was the safest procedure for me and the entire team helped inform me on the recovery as well. The team made me feel safe and comfortable before, during and after the surgery. I had a smooth and easy recovery and by the 5th day was ready to go with little to no pain. Dr. Balacky also follows up the day of the surgery to make sure you have the medication you need and are feeling well. Will recommend this Dr and his team to anyone interested in or in need of oral surgery.
