The entire staff at Largo Smiles has been extraordinary on every visit. The last sessions were for the prep work and installation of crowns over my two front teeth, and I have to say I could not be happier with the results. Jennifer Santos is just tremendous in everything she does, and the staff pleasantly takes care if everything from an end to end basis, scheduling, followup reminders, all insurance handling etc. Just a tremendously nice, professional and caring group of people, couldn't ask for anything else!

Healing Angel's all of them. I was on the ocean on a 4 day sail and developed a terrible absence, they got me in within 3 hrs x-rayed me removed the tooth almost painlessly, then they took a second X-ray to be sure everything was removed, very professional and very good at there jobs, they also worked with me on the bill because I had low funds. If I knew dentists were this great I'd of went a lot sooner fr

Best, most gentle, responsive care of any dentist ~ or any other type of health care provider ~ ever. Dr. Santos and her entire staff are "above and beyond" in all that they do. Everyone I've recommended her to has agreed and had 100% positive experiences. Perfect dentist for patients who are terrified of dentists because of prior bad experiences, I cannot say this strongly enough.

Would give 5 starts, yet, although I called in a semi emergency situation ,I was told if I made it by 3:00, I could get in. I had to wait until almost 5 to be seen. There was a man in the waiting room that had been there before I got there and they came out and told him he could come back tommorow. Uh oh. I heard some heated talk in Spanish and he returned to his seat in the waiting room and poured it out to me about he is not coming back tommorow iand was not leaving until he is waited on. They did quality work on me and were very friendly. I will go back after I make sure of reasonable wait time,so I am giving you a heads up. Make sure you get a promise of reasonable wait time. 5 star plus. I can't say enough good things about this office. I am a snowbird and needed dental work. I walked into this office, unknown to them and had a very professional experience. The facility was exceptionally clean with state of the art dental equipment. Dr. Santos worked very hard trying first to save my tooth, but then had to pull it. It was a difficult procedure but she did it keeping me comfortable and overall I had an excellent outcome. This is the place to go if you need a dentist. Charlie Hand

Largo Smiles Dental Center is a modern dental office at 103071 Overseas Highway in Key Largo, Florida, serving patients throughout the Upper Keys, including Key Largo, Tavernier, Islamorada, Marathon, Big Pine Key, and the Florida City and Homestead area. Open since 2021, the practice is led by Dr. Jenifer Santos, DMD, a prosthodontist, which is a dentist with advanced training in restoring and replacing teeth. The office offers a full range of care under one roof, from preventive cleanings and exams to restorative and cosmetic treatments, so patients do not have to travel off the island for dental care.
For patients missing teeth, the practice offers dental implants, implant supported overdentures, fixed detachable prostheses, dentures and partial dentures, porcelain crowns and bridges, and full mouth reconstruction. Other services include root canal therapy, surgical and wisdom tooth extractions, gum disease treatment, teeth whitening, Invisalign clear aligners, and treatment for jaw joint (TMJ) problems. The team speaks both English and Spanish, accepts most major PPO dental insurance plans, and offers payment plans, financing options, and an in-house membership plan. Meet the Doctors
Dr. Jenifer Santos, DMD, leads Largo Smiles Dental Center. She is a prosthodontist and general dentist who earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Pennsylvania and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Miami VA Hospital, focusing on cosmetic dentistry and complex restorative cases. According to the practice, she has additional training in dental surgeries including implant placement, wisdom tooth extraction, and bone grafting, and she is a member of the American Dental Association, the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, and the Florida Dental Association. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and volunteers each October at a community dental bus provided by the Key Largo Baptist Church.
