Dr. Neda, her assistants, and hygienists have all been wonderful throughout the various procedures I've had during the past year. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and always considerate of my care and comfort. My only complaint is with the Office Manager whom I feel could brush up her communication skills.

I have been a patient at the practice for the last four years, and have always been pleased with the quality and level of care. This morning I had my cleaning appointment at the office in Surfside Beach. The high degree of professionalism the office adheres to was evident immediately upon my arrival, when I was greeted and checked in by the highly competent and multi-tasking Administrative Assistant, Jill. My cleaning was done by a superb technician, Telma Lena. Telma has a wonderful calming and assuring manner, and explains in step by step fashion everything she is about to do. Throughout the cleaning Telma was gentle and thorough, the consummate professional. When checking out after my appointment, I was attended to by the ever- present Jill, who is such a great asset to the office. I highly recommend this practice, they are extremely fortunate to have such dedicated and capable consummate professionals like Thelma and Jill. Thanks for a great visit!

I have been coming to this office for years. They are so very efficient, professional, and quite nice. From the front desk to the chair. I feel very lucky to have been put in the hands of Allison as my hygienist. Apart from being very proficient she is so sweet and personable. She asks you questions to get to know your teeth’s habits or issues. They took my bite guard I had made here many years ago, and polished and checked it to insure the fit is still accurate. Just all in all a great experience.

Dr. Neda and staff are the BEST EVER! I had a terrible experience before being referred to Dr. Neda and I honestly can't begin to express how grateful and impressed I am with the entire process of my Ridge Augmentation and recent implant, top notch care! They truly care about you here. ❤️

Dr Neda had been my regular periodontist since 2015. And her staff was excellent. In 2022 I had fallen, taken to the hospital to have one of my teeth removed from a place up near my nose, the second one was gone, lost 2 of my upper teeth. I located a prosthodontist to replace my teeth and Dr Nada could take the panoramic necessary to begin the process. Before I left her office she talked me into putting in the implants while I was there so I would be one step closer to finishing the process for the prosthodontist. Since I knew her was easily talked into the procedures. And asked her to den my records to the prosthodontist right away. Turns out she had a difficult time getting one implant in and couldn’t get the second one in. I waited for 3 months to put the second one in and returned to Dr Neda’s office for the second try. I asked her to send records and information to the prosthodontist so he would know what the delay was. She still couldn’t get the second one in. I was needing bone grafting and had to wait another 3 months. I asked her to please send my records to the prosthodontist. Meanwhile I went home to wait and called the prosthodontist to see if he had gotten my reports. He hadn’t gotten any of them. So I explained what had been going on. I called Dr Neda’s office no one answered the phone. I kept calling until someone answered. The lady said the office was closing and would tell me where they were going. I asked to please send the records to my regular dentist and the prosthodontist. She never sent them anything. I hate to find another periodontist to take over my case. They had to remove the first implant do more bone grafting, Wait for it to heal. I was getting low on gum tissue. But I have me teeth all in. I never heard from Dr Neda , no records were ever sent and no money ever reimbursed for the poor workmanship. I have never understood why.
