I can’t say enough great things about Lasting Smiles Dental in Pasadena! From the moment you walk in, the office is extremely clean, modern, and welcoming, which immediately puts you at ease.
Dr. Emilio and Dr. Ghodsi are incredibly skilled, professional, and caring. I had dental implants and full dental work done, and the results exceeded my expectations. They use the latest technology, which made the entire process painless, smooth, and stress-free. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable every step of the way.
A big thank you to Ari, Lety, and Pearl—they are all amazing, friendly, and so helpful. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel cared for and comfortable.

After 2½ years of lost confidence, I stumbled across a Lasting Smiles Pasadena flyer that was left at the front desk of my job for me to display — and I took it as a sign that it was meant for me.
My experience so far with Lasting Smiles has been excellent. My consultation visit was exactly as advertised (free!), and all the ladies at the front desk were kind and welcoming. The entire staff has been attentive, comforting, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I haven’t been this excited in a long time!
God bless Dr. Ghodsi’s hands, mind, body, and spirit. His approach is warm, with a smile, and you can tell he truly cares about his patients. He’s not just “doing dental work” — he takes pride in what he does and doesn’t stop until he’s satisfied with the results.

The front office associate always greet you and inquired about how you may be doing. The waiting room is orderly and comfortable. The assistant come and greet you as they call your name and escort you to the back rooms. All the personal introduce who they are and what roles they'll be doing in helping Dr.s perform work you'll be having done. The Dr.s and assistant explain what will be done step by step so you'd be knowledgeable of procedures as they are being done. Allow for any questions or concerns to be asked making you feel not like just a client but a person who they really care for their best interests. Highly recommend as I live in Northern California 10 hours drive or 1 1/2 hr. flight worth the travel after final Permanent Arch set. Life time warranty 😁

Had a great experience here at Lasting Smiles! Staff was awesome especially Ari, Letty, Pearl, Nima, Dr. Ghodsi and Dr. Emilio. From no teeth to amazing teeth, it was an amazing experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for this kind of work.

Lasting Smiles Pasadena is one of the Lasting Smiles Dental Implant Center offices founded by Dr. Sharam Ghodsi, and it is located at 470 North Los Robles Avenue near the 210 Freeway. The practice was founded in 1998 and focuses on dental implants, full-mouth teeth-in-a-day treatment, sedation and cosmetic dentistry. In the Pasadena office, patients can receive single dental implants, implant-supported bridges, full-mouth and full-arch dental implants with All-on-X, snap-in dentures, denture stabilization, and conventional dentures. Sedation options listed for this office include oral and intravenous (IV) sedation and nitrous oxide, along with sedation for patients with special needs.
The practice describes itself as a one-stop dental center, with three-dimensional dental CT scanning for treatment planning and an in-house lab that designs and fabricates crowns, bridges, dentures and implant-attached teeth. Meet the Doctors
The Pasadena office is led by Dr. Sharam Ghodsi, DDS, founder and lead dentist of Lasting Smiles. According to the practice, he has over 36 years of experience, earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California in 1988, previously served on the faculty of the USC dental school's restorative department, and has completed more than 10,000 implant cases. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the International Congress of Dental Implantology and the American College of Oral Implantology. He is joined in Pasadena by Dr. Emilio Frias, DDS, a general, implant and cosmetic dentist who grew up in nearby San Fernando, earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from UCLA, and graduated with high honors from Universidad de la Salle Bajío with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
