This place is awesome! Everyone in the office that I saw was really nice! It definitely puts a guy with a phobia of dentistry offices at ease! Huge shoutout to Dr. Shelby and Amy! If I had to have another operation, I would definitely come back.

The dental hygenist does NOT know how to give injections. She hit my lingual nerve not once but TWICE. Odds on hitting it is 1 in 26,000. Hitting my lingual tongue nerve twice is extremely rare. She was able to hit it twice and give me the most extreme PAIN I have ever experienced. Don't visit this office. Never in 40 years has anyone hit my lingual nerve. I was shaking and had to stop and leave immediately.

Every trip to Dr. Shelby's office is great (as great as dental care can be, lol). The whole group works so well together and provides top notch care. Dr. Shelby even calls the day after a procedure to check on me. I appreciate that; no trouble with anything, but it is nice to get checked on if you have any question or complication. Thank you for the great treatment!

I had previously gone to Dr Shelby's "competition" (Southwind) and had a horrible experience. Dr Shelby and his whole staff are the best in the business! I had 2 gingival grafts (gum grafts) and Dr Shelby, himself, followed up with me the following day after each surgery with a phone call. GREAT bedside manner! They make you feel like family and just know, you are seeing someone you can trust! Don't go anywhere else!

Dr Shelby and his staff were fantastic I had a loose bridge, and needed a plan Dr Shelby gave me many options. I felt very relieved. Wish I could give 10 stars 6/25/24. 2 difficult extractions yesterday Dr Shelby and Amy were once again amazing No pain at all
