From scheduling to checkout the staff was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and the office is beautiful. I got an appointment right away with Dr. Randy( who was great!)
I had some fillings replaced where my gums had receded and I am so very pleased. It looks so good and I can smile again. Thank you so much Dr Randy.
Also, thank you Sheila and Becky for helping with all the insurance stuff you were very kind and friendly and Whitney was very good explaining everything as we went.

Absolutely love these guys! LC Smiles is always a pleasure to deal with. The staff is all amazing and I love that use innovative and cutting edge technology and products in their practice. I also love that they focus on teeth health rather than cosmetic procedures. Highly recommend!

I was a patient at LC Smiles for approximately 8 years. I continued using their services despite their high prices because appointments were easy to schedule and the cleanings were quick.
Over time, I experienced several concerns with the dental work I received. Most recently a crown failed within a year, which ultimately resulted in the loss of a visible front tooth. Replacing the tooth will require more than a year of additional treatment . I also received veneers that have visible pits and defects.
The lack of accountability from the dentist and the owners has been frustrating and disappointing.

New patient on basically an emergency visit after starting on antibiotics over the weekend. From the initial phone call, meeting office staff and dental staff all were professional, pleasant and very accommodating. I was able to have bad tooth removed at initial appointment and though it was a bit rough (not because of the staff) the dentist and his assistant did everything to help me, keep me comfortable and encourage me throughout the process. I am not a fan of dental visits typically due to some things in my past (not at this dentist) but actually went home thankful for LC Smiles office and staff. It was a positive visit and I was comfortable establishing care and scheduling routine care follow up before I left the office.

After a lifetime struggling with dental health, Dr. Bartschi has made getting dental care so much easier. They accommodate all levels of dental fear and communicate effectively. I know exactly what to expect, and they’re so transparent with pricing and what procedures will entail. I’m so grateful to have a dentist like Bartschi available in our area!
