Susan Haynes and her team are top notch! Friendly, personable and professional on all levels. From Deana the front office gal and my hygienist, they truly care about your oral health and mental health too.
My cleanings are awesome and I love how my mouth and teeth feel after a good cleaning. I'm in the process of getting upper dentures and will come back after I get them to let you know how it went and post pics if I can. I can't wait! In the home stretch. I highly recommend Let's See You Smile for all of your oral care needs! 5 stars plus!

If you are looking for someone to take care of your smile...Be sure to go see Dr. Susan Haynes at Let's C U Smile Dentistry! She provides a calm atmosphere with such friendly staff...Russ, Kathy and everyone else I encountered wanted to do everything they could to help me relax during my appointment. My procedure was quick and pain-free. This team makes me want to smile!!

So, I have been going there for a few visits now and have had a decent experience until last Friday when Dr. Haynes was extremely rude and forceful with her assistant during my appointment-including when they were working in my mouth. Dr. Haynes has usually been very blunt or matter-of-fact in the way she speaks to her assistants, but this was on another level. He was clearly new to the profession and she not only spoke down to him but grabbed his hand and forced it into place or forced his wrist to rotate while he was holding the suction in my mouth while speakimg rudely to him. She even forced his other hand down because he was holding it up ready with the water sprayer. I went in for 3 fillings but this behavior began while she was trying to drill the first one and I asked her to finish the first filling and then I left. I do not know if it was a bad day or what, but it is unacceptable to grab another human or talk to them as if they are stupid, even more so she was unprofessional while she was literally working on a client. It was so uncomfortable and disheartening seeing another person treated this way and it was honestly scary having her inside my mouth with a drill while she is grabbing and swatting and showing frustration.

Been going to Let's see you smile, for a couple of years. Very satisfied with the care that I receive. My teeth are super sensitive. They take their time, answer all my concernsand questions. No problem with the prices.

I love this place. It's easy to find, plenty of parking, and nice without that "haha we charge you so much we have real marble counters" feeling. Tasteful and not over done. The staff are all wonderful. I haven't encountered anything other than stellar customer service from all of them. Dr. Haynes is unquestionably the best dentist I've been to. She explains everything and is unfailingly professional and nice with little pokes of humor here and there. Very personable AND competent.
The assistant who's name I'm sure I'm going to spell incorrectly....so I'll just call him Russ, is a godsend. Also a very personable professional and excels at putting me at ease. He's a good person with a great sense of humor. You can tell he genuinely cares as much as Dr. Haynes and the rest of the staff care - which is a lot.
Dina is phenomenal. She helped get the excessively painful worker's comp dental division to actually DO something AND have the work done with MY dentist instead of some random person at the top of a list of dentists in the area. She's very knowledgeable and has answered every question I've had about my treatment plan and the costs and estimates.
The dental hygienest, I'm so sorry I can't remember her name. I want to say it's Kat. She was amazing to! I'm just terrible with names unless it's repeated enough to stick in my brain. She was also very personable, competent, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk to. She gave me advice on how to better care for my teeth and how to protect all the work Dr. Haynes is putting into my smile.
