Excellent staff! I was nervous about having tooth pulled but Dr. Scioscia and his nurse made me feel comfortable. Both were kind, compassionate, and skilled. They took the time to explain the entire procedure, The surgery went smoothly, and I had minimal pain afterwards. Dr. Scioscia even followed up personally in the evening to check on me, which shows true care for their patients!

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Lexington Facial & Oral Surgery is hands-down one of the best medical offices our family has ever experienced. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind they make you feel at ease right away. Dr. Scioscia is exceptional. His professionalism, skill, and calm, reassuring demeanor inspire immediate confidence. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers questions without rushing, and treats patients with real care and respect. His assistants are just as incredible knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate throughout the entire process. What truly sets this practice apart is consistency. My entire family has been here at one time or another, and every single visit without exception has been a pleasant experience. That level of care and professionalism across multiple visits and multiple family members says everything. This office runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a level of compassion that’s rare to find. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated like a person not just a patient this is it. I cannot recommend Lexington Facial & Oral Surgery and Dr. Scioscia highly enough.

Our experience with Lexington Facial & Oral Surgery has been nothing short of amazing. My son has been seeing this surgeon for the past couple of years due to a complicated orthodontic case, and we are now on our second procedure with Dr. Scioscia. Dr. Scioscia is not only extremely skilled, but what stands out most is how communicative and thorough he is throughout the entire process. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers all questions, and truly makes you feel comfortable and confident in the treatment plan. I also really appreciate how closely he works with my son’s orthodontist, staying in direct communication to ensure they’re always on the same page and moving forward with the best plan for my son’s care. That level of teamwork and professionalism is rare and so reassuring as a parent. The staff is equally wonderful—friendly, helpful, and supportive every step of the way. We are truly grateful for the excellent care my son has received here and would recommend this practice to anyone needing oral surgery.

Dr. Scioscia and his team were very professional and took extremely good care of my mom who had a small surgical procedure on her lip. They contacted us roughly an hour after we left to make sure everything was going well and then again that night to confirm she was still doing well. It's been almost two weeks now and she is healing nicely. I would highly recommend Lexington Facial and Oral Surgery !

Our consultation went very well. The staff was very professional, friendly, helpful and informative. They took care of communication between our insurance which made the process much easier and less stressful. My surgery went well and from what I can remember, was a quick procedure. They provided detailed aftercare instructions that have everything you’ll need for a speedy recovery. I would recommend them 100 times!
