I can’t say enough great things about LightUp Smile Center! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The office itself was spotless, modern, and had a calming vibe that immediately put me at ease. The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and truly cared about my comfort throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything about my All-on-4 procedure in detail, answering all my questions with patience and kindness. The level of care and expertise at LightUp Smile Center I felt was top-notch, and beyond thrilled with my results. A great opportunity to get the smile you want and be treated with the best care. The team is fantastic at what they do and the doctor is one of the best. Understanding, quick, compassionate and highly skilled. Not at all hard to get the care you need and easy to schedule an appointment for adjustments when needed. You won’t be disappointed and you walk out with a beautiful smile, that will not only make you feel confident but also comfortable. If you’re wondering if you should make the call, here’s your sign!!

All I can say is WOW! I was really nervous about my appointment and embarrassed of my situation, but the first phone call I felt welcome and understood. I met with Jenny (who was so sweet), and Dr. Simonton and when I tell you he has more compassion in his one pinky finger than most surgeons do in their entire body believe me. He immediately wanted to help and listened to my fears and I knew he was the one I wanted to put my trust in. His nurses are amazing who guided me through the whole process. Light Up changed my life, and I hope you take a chance for them to help with yours.

About Lightup Smile Center
LightUp Smile Center in Toledo, Ohio specializes exclusively in full-arch dental implants, including All-on-4 and All-on-6 treatment, for patients dealing with broken, failing, or missing teeth. The practice serves patients throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan, including Perrysburg, Maumee, Sylvania, Bowling Green, Findlay, Fremont, Oregon, Defiance, Napoleon, Port Clinton, Sandusky, Monroe, and Adrian. Care begins with a consultation and a 3D CBCT scan to evaluate candidacy, followed by records and smile design, surgery day, and placement of final custom zirconia teeth after healing.
The team uses 3D CBCT imaging, digital scanning, and digital smile design to plan treatment with attention to bone structure, anatomy, and appearance. Patients can receive a fixed temporary smile the same day as surgery when clinically appropriate, avoiding a removable denture during the healing period. The office also offers IV sedation and general anesthesia options to help patients feel comfortable throughout the surgical experience.
Meet the Doctors
Care at LightUp Smile Center is led by Dr. Benjamin Simonton, DDS, MD, a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Dr. Simonton personally evaluates each patient, develops every treatment plan, performs every surgery, and continues to oversee care throughout the treatment journey. His training includes a hospital-based residency with advanced education in complex facial surgery, dental implants, facial reconstruction, corrective jaw surgery, and anesthesia. He is supported by a clinical team that includes patient coordinator Jenny and lead surgical assistant Tracey.
