My son had an appointment here and everything went smooth. Directions to find the actual office was easy. The front desk ladies were able to work w/me on a date and time that was convenient for us since we live an hour away. Co-pays and instructions were given prior to visit so there were no surprises. Wait time was exactly as stated. I was informed from beginning to end about my son’s progress. I would definitely recommend to others for teeth/tooth concerns!!

I have been going to this office for years. And I will preface this review that the dentist himself is an awesome guy as are most of the back office staff. The administrative staff is abysmal at customer service. My last visit 6 months ago, I was handed a new patient packet that looked like a novel and told to fill it out. If I was given an adequate reason for the request or ANYTHING had changed in all the years I had been to the office, I would have done it, but I just refused because I am not wasting 20 minutes to manually write out information that they already have. It apparently it didn't affect my ability to receive service or for them to bill my insurance, so I blew it off as maybe the girl at the front desk was new. Again, I don't WANT to be difficult, but if you ask me to do something that feels ridiculous to me, you need to be prepared to explain why it is necessary. I am now at the 6 month mark due for cleaning next week and I DO have changes in both insurance and address and anticipated completing paperwork. I received a text asking if my insurance changed. I replied yes and sent all of the information back via text, since they apparently could read them. I got a response that I needed to call them and verbally give them that information, again, with no reasonable explanation why they can't read and enter the information I sent them. I offered to upload and make all of the changes inside my patient portal if they would provide a pin, which they did not. I told them that they have the information and I won't call to give them what they already have and told them that I would give them the card so they have the information when I arrive at my appointment. I was then told that I could NOT give them insurance information the day of the appointment...with an exclamation point. Again I told them that they already had the information. Apparently they are too lazy to enter it by reading it and need it dictated because I was told that failure to call them and provide them with the information I already provided in writing would result in me paying full price for my appointment. Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment. I won't be back. And I sincerely hope that this creates an opportunity for coaching the administrative staff in how to provide a semblance of customer service, or that they hire new people that will. Well, the conversation is attached, you can read for yourself. I wasn't very nice towards the end, but my tolerance for nonsense was done...

Dr. Liles and his staff have been a saving grace! They are extremely friendly, clean, knowledgeable, & have worked me in whenever I was having issues, within a timely manner. I 100% recommend anyone to them.

Had a wonderful first cleaning! The office staff and appearance are wonderful. Dr Liles is a great dentist and has such a fun personality. Sending the whole family to him..my teeth are very clean and well polished finally found the dentist I’ve been looking for

Heather left my mouth and teeth feeling healthy, pain free, and clean. She showed egswisit professionalism and made me feel comfortable, accepted, and at home on an emotional day.
