Wonderful experience! They were all so nice. Wished I would have came to them sooner! Was told what was actually going on with me and why. Also found out it wasn’t my fault like the last dentist office tried to tell me (which I knew wasn’t true because I know what I do and do not do). Definitely going to be telling all my family and friends to go to them from now on!!! Can’t express enough how great they are!!!

My husband and I have went to the same place for a decade but our dentist retired. I was so nervous to go somewhere else and I hate change, but they were so welcoming and friendly the entire time (every staff member that we dealt with while there). They go over everything with great detail and make sure you have opportunities to ask questions. Glad we chose them as our new place.

I just called to schedule a new patient appointment at Lippian Family Dentistry, and I had to leave a review based on that experience alone! Abby, the young lady who answered the phone and helped me, was absolutely phenomenal from the moment she delivered her opening line. She sounded genuinely happy! You could literally hear her smile through the phone. She made me feel like I had been a patient there for years. She answered every question I had, double-checked to make sure they accepted my insurance, explained what my copay would be, if any, and even broke down how they bill for X-rays in a way that I could clearly understand. She even cracked a little joke with me that I promised to keep between us both lol and that just made the whole interaction feel warm and personal. I haven’t even had my appointment yet, but based on my conversation with Ms. Abby, I already know I’m going to have more than a wonderful experience. If this is how they treat someone over the phone, I can only imagine how great they are in person!

I had such a wonderful experience at Lippian Family Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, I could tell they truly care about their patients’ comfort and experience. Their patient form is so thoughtful — they even ask about personal preferences like music choice and whether you’d like a blanket during your visit. It’s the little touches like that that make such a big difference! Their technology is top notch as well! Tabitha, was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and took her time to ensure I received the best care possible. I never felt rushed, and she explained everything in such a kind and professional way. Dr. Jim Lippian who came in afterward was equally attentive and caring, taking the time to review everything carefully and address everything with me. I left feeling completely at ease and well cared for. I highly recommend Lippian Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a dental office that combines top-notch care with genuine compassion.

My technician was excellent in cleaning my teeth. She made sure I was not uncomfortable since I do get nervous at the dentist. Everything went smoothly. Most appreciated!
