My daughter and I had a great experience. Tina was very helpful and informative when I called to schedule our appointment. Britney was very thorough during my dental cleaning and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Siddall was friendly and compassionate and put me at ease. Thank you to the entire staff for being so friendly and welcoming!

As expected, my trip to the dentist could not have been better. My hygienist Kirsten? Kristen? was very thorough and did an excellent job. My exam with Dr. Siddall left me fully confident that my upcoming procedure will be seamless. It is a great staff and I'm happy to be a patient!

I previously lived in California and New York where I received treatment from biological, whole body dentists. I have worked in the Healing Arts for over three decades and truly value dentists who understand how important the health of your mouth is to your entire body. The closest I could find in Northern Michigan to someone holistic was Lisa Siddall. In hindsight, I wish I had made the effort to travel to a larger city to seek care. If you need significant dental work I would strongly advise you to travel out of this area. I appreciated what Lisa tried to do. I needed an implant and I cannot have titanium in my body. Lisa finally began doing ceramic implants and even though she did not have a lot of experience with ceramic I chose to work with her. She placed one of two implants in my mouth at an angle. I could feel the crooked implant every day of my life. I tried putting up with it for over a year, wanting to believe her that it would be fine even though it was digging into the inside of my lip. When it got infected, because the soft gum tissue was unable to adhere to it she charged me over $1,000 to handle the infection. The most painful horrific experience of my life. I finally traveled to two established biological dentists once it became infected again. Both of the opinions were that it was a failed implant and had to come out. Placement of the implant cost over three thousand dollars and having it removed was four thousand more. And now I'll have to put my body through this all over again once it heals. Lisa has refused to reimburse me for any expenses. She is unwilling to acknowledge her error. Everyone makes mistakes, including her. I went there for years spending thousands of dollars. If you choose to use her as your dentist I hope she never makes a mistake on anything and that you don't have to suffer through what I have experienced. That is my main intent in writing this, to save someone else from this pain and hardship: physically, financially and emotionally.

The team was incredibly kind and understanding with my child, who isn’t always the most patient—but was so excited for her first dentist appointment. They absolutely did not disappoint! They made her feel comfortable right away, took the time to answer her endless questions, and turned the whole experience into a very positive one. Now my six-year-old is already excited to go back! I guess I’ll be hearing “how much longer?” for the next six months 😂

Lisa was absolutely amazing! We called her urgently on a Sunday as my son had a dental emergency. She was very prompt to come into the office and provided outstanding care. She had to glue his broken tooth back together and did the best job ever. We will be forever grateful for her service.
