The service and care of the medical staff are very good, but the clinic manager is the complete opposite. She has a rather inappropriate attitude with her patients. In my presence, her attitude caused several problems with patients, and when the doctor approached her desk, she lied to him about frequent altercations with patients. I asked her for information about purchasing insurance where they were in-network, and she gave me a list, and surprisingly, they were not in-network. I asked my insurance for an update on the treatments that the doctor had recommended and to my surprise the coverage was very low, they informed me that it was because the clinic was not in the network, proving that the lady had given me incorrect information, when I called the clinic, the lady told me that she knew that none of those treatments were going to be covered by the insurance and I have been waiting several weeks.. and unfortunately the patients have to deal with her directly as I mentioned before, she destroys the good treatment and professionalism of the doctors and leaves a bad impression on us, the patients, about the clinic. Unfortunately for that reason, I do not recommend this clinic to anyone for dental treatments, because the manager of the clinic acts dishonestly, hostile and with a very bad attitude towards the patients.

I was a loyal patient of Dr. Yoan Lobaina’s office for about 10 years and trusted them with all of my dental restorations. During that time, I was treated by multiple rotating dentists, and my care often felt inconsistent. Even after several failed crowns and restorations, I never complained, I just kept trusting them to make it right. After all that loyalty, I was dismissed from the office while still dealing with a broken implant, a broken crown, and the need for a root canal. Later, another dentist told me I have gum and bone loss that was never mentioned before, despite being told for years that my hygiene was “perfect.” I filed a complaint with the Florida Board of Dentistry, and they found probable cause to open an investigation, something they don’t take lightly. After ten years of trust, I’m left deeply disappointed and in pain, without accountability from the very office I depended on.

I'm pleased with the attention and care at Lobaina Dental, especially from Doctor Garcia who during these months of treatment was not only patient but also did his job with great professionalism and care, the rest of the team was super attentive and friendly, from the moment you arrive to the reception and the assistants. I recommend Lobaina Dental 100%

This Visit was a fast and good. Came in got called back and had the procedure completed. Dr. Garcia is great talks you through to ensure you are doing well. Thank you! My only concern is getting a hold of someone when you call. Once that gets worked on it will make things run even smoother.

Excellent dentist, the staff is very professional and they have advanced equipment that makes the treatments and visits more pleasant and expedite the process of each treatment. Dr Yoan Lobaina is to me a great dentist, my implant was done quickly and without any pain or discomfort.
