Dr. Seyedain is a kind, thoughtful, and caring dentist who obviously cares deeply about her patients and has the skills and knowledge to ensure that they receive the best treatment possible. I am very careful with my dental health, and she is unfailingly attentive to all my concerns, answering my questions quite thoroughly and patiently. I should add that my high impression of her extends to the other staff there - from the support staff to the dental assistants. Invariably, they are caring and courteous. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I experienced a comprehensive diagnosis of my dental issues clearly explained using X-rays to ensure my understanding. A treatment plan was likewise thoroughly reviewed with me and all my questions answered. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Torosian and look forward to his rectifying my dental issues. Everyone I encountered at this office was very courteous and competent. The review of my insurance coverage to anticipated coverage was extremely helpful.

My recent experience at the practice was quite disappointing. They rescheduled my appointments twice due to the hygienist’s unavailability, which I understand happens. However, when I missed an appointment because of a scheduling error, I was taken aback to learn they were going to charge me $180 for it. During my phone call that day, no one mentioned any fees, and I only found out about the charge when I arrived for my rescheduled appointment. I attempted to speak with a manager about this issue, but no one was available, and despite my efforts to follow up, I haven’t received any callbacks. The only positive aspect of my visit was the hygienist, who took the time to listen to my concerns and engage with me. Unfortunately, the manager has yet to reach out as promised and it's been weeks.

I received a friendly greeting upon entering by the receptionist. After completing my paperwork I was immediately called back to a treatment room. My procedure was fully explained by Dr. Torosian and his assistant. I was nervous but was put at ease right away. Everything went very well! I received excellent post surgical instructions from Donna the assistant before leaving. I look forward to returning and highly recommend this practice.
