Both my Kiddos had the best experience at Lodi Family Dentistry! The staff is so kind and welcoming, everything was explained in detail and all questions were answered with a smile. Dr Balseca was very thorough with their exams and made sure they felt comfortable in the chair. Hebah made their cleanings so light and fun all the nerves went away. Overall an amazing experience all together! :)

I cannot say enough good things about Lodi Family Dentistry! I’m very picky about my dental care and had been putting it off for a while, until I found this office. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and I genuinely appreciate the text and call reminders (I need them, lol). They also have an “ASAP” list, so if there’s a cancellation they’ll call to get you in sooner. A lot of offices offer this but never actually call back. Here, they do, and even if you turn down the first option, they don’t drop you from the list. That kind of follow-through means a lot. The clinic itself is clean and organized. The building is a little older, but you can tell they’ve put care into it. It feels warm and inviting. The doctor is a bit quieter than the staff (not a bad thing, haha), but he’s very thorough and explains everything. What I appreciated most is that he doesn’t try to charge you for work you don’t need. I’ve walked out of other offices with a $19,000 patient estimate, and I have two insurances. One more thing that stood out: my brother is a dentist in my home country and handles any major treatment I need, so I always ask for copies of my images to keep in my “lifetime” file at his office. At other practices, this has been met with reluctance, like I’m questioning their work (I’m not, I just want all my records in one place). Lodi Family Dentistry was completely understanding and happy to share. Bottom line: friendly, honest, and they actually treat you like a person. If you need a dentist, this is the one. Highly, highly recommend!

Let me tell y’all… the receptionist’s are amazing, such sweet and kind people. Never a terrible experience speaking to them. It says a lot of Dr. Balseca. Not only is he a kind doctor but he is also extremely exceptional at his job! I appreciate every single person and Stacey too! She is just too sweet, and amazing at her job. Everyone made me and my Boyfriend extremely comfortable overall.

Our whole family has been very pleased with Lodi Family Dentistry. Recently my 2-year-old daughter face planted off of one of our dining room chairs. I called around 7pm and received a text message soon after asking me to provide details. The next morning they confirmed they were able to fit her in with me during my regular scheduled cleaning the next day. The office visit with her went very smoothly. Highly recommend them for the whole family!

Dr. Balseca is a great dentist. His staff is always friendly and helpful. I’ve been coming here since he took over the practice and have always had wonderful care. I think their dedication to having state of the art technology has elevated the practice and made my dental experience a more positive one. I have regular check ups and have had a couple implants and Dr. B is currently treating me for sleep apnea. I have recommended Lodi Family Dentistry to many of my family and friends.
