My wife and I have both had professional interactions with Logan Oral Surgery, pulling teeth of course!
We were referred by our trusted local dentist. We have no suggestions for improvement, only compliments. Dr. Matson and his entire staff displayed the highest competence and professionalism. Each had a role to play which focused on our every need. Dr. Matson personally called by phone later in the same day to check on us!
The online technology was crisp and easy to use. The online guidance was easy to follow as relevant questions were asked with immediate response. The treatment plan was clear and easy to understand. Their in-house written material was fresh, easy to read as if it had just come off as an original.
No one faces "surgery" jumping for joy but Logan Oral Surgery is top on our list when the need arises!!! THANK YOU!!!

Dr. Matson was great! Him and his staff really made me feel at ease. Dr. Matson is very knowledgeable and explain his process of removing my wisdom teeth to me, and made sure I had any questions answered. He even called me after hours to check in on how I was doing. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Matson to all my friends and family!

Logan Oral Surgery is Very Good!. I was greeted so warmly upon arrival, taken back promptly and before I knew it—I had the numbest left side of my face and the extraction was underway. The tooth didn’t cooperate very well in coming out—ended up in pieces—but Dr Matson is very capable and kind. He even called me personally later that night to make sure things were OK. Definitely recommend this Office for tooth extractions!

Dr. Scott Matson and his team are second to none. Bilateral maxillary molar extraction, following mild cellulitis. My care was exceptional and prompt. I would gladly trust Logan Oral Surgery with my life. The Logan Oral Surgey team is really amazing, I was very poorly treated by another OMS and his staff here in Logan. It's night and day what a well established practice brings to the table. Please consider trying them out!

Logan Oral Surgery was great! Recommended by our dentist. I called made one appointment. They consulted and removed my daughter’s wisdom teeth the same day. They were clear and transparent about cost and what our insurance would cover. They took great care of her and the Surgeon call that night to check in and see how she was doing. Highly recommended for wisdom teeth removal.

Meet the Doctors
Logan Oral Surgery is led by Dr. Scott L. Matson, DMD, a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon. A native of Ogden, Utah, Dr. Matson earned an associate's degree from Weber State University and a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University before graduating from Temple University School of Dentistry in 2007. He then completed an oral and maxillofacial surgery residency and is trained in full scope oral surgery, with extensive experience in wisdom teeth removal, implantology, general anesthesia and corrective jaw surgery.
