He earned his dental degree from the UCLA School of Dentistry in 2011 and completed adult and pediatric anesthesia training there, then earned his medical degree from Oregon Health and Science University School of Medicine in 2014, where he also completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency and a general surgery internship. He is certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
