My daughter had her wisdom teeth taken out and it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend this group and especially Dr Vandervort. His bed side manner is the best I've ever seen. My daughter felt so well taken care of and he walked her through everything step by step. Amazing amazing amazing!

I’ve had excellent experience at this office, especially with Dr. Dorsch. My diagnosis was expertly done with a CT analysis. The surgery was scheduled right away. The procedure went well and healing is progressing smoothly. The office staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. I highly recommend this office for special dental needs.

If you gotta get your teeth out, get them out here! Dr. Dorsch and his team of Hannah, Arielle, and Serone did a great job with my bottom wisdom teeth.
Initial consult easy to book, and Dr. Dorsch and Hannah were very patient with my plethora of questions. Special kudos to Hannah for helping me feel comfortable with my anesthetic options.
Actual procedure went smoothly, the doctor was very patient even when extraction became complicated due to my roots - minimal swelling occurred as a result of slow and steady hands.
Got a personal check up phone call after surgery as well as an in person visit 2 weeks after wards.
Billing was super smooth via dental insurance and no surprise charges.

Mixed Feelings: Great Doctor, Terrible Front-Desk Experience
I’m writing this review with a bit of a heavy heart because the medical care itself was actually quite good. Dr. Bluhm is knowledgeable, professional, and did great work during my son's recent appointments. If I were rating him alone, this would easily be a 4-star or 5-star review.
However, the front office staff—and one individual in particular—was such a terrible ambassador for the practice that it completely ruined the experience. And, unfortunately, 80% of your interaction at offices like this are with the front-desk staff. This is one of those situations where the doctor's customer/patient service team completely ruins the doctor's otherwise very good medical care.
The Issues My Family Encountered:
Lack of Professionalism: From the moment my family walked in (for multiple appointments -- this wasn't a one-time deal), we felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued patient. The individual at the front desk who handles payment, insurance matters, etc. was dismissive, cold, and frankly, rude to us each and every time we entered the office.
Poor Communication: Our questions regarding paperwork and scheduling were met with eye-rolls and short, condescending answers. Moreover, we had to call and email multiple times when attempting to schedule our son's procedure without any follow up from this individual, as she claimed that she never received paperwork from our insurance provider who had sent it to us almost a month prior.
Atmosphere: The front office sets the tone for the entire visit. Instead of a welcoming environment, it felt hostile and disorganized.
The experience we had is a real shame because the doctor is clearly talented, but the terrible taste left in our mouths by the administrative side makes it hard to justify coming back. A patient's experience starts at the front door, and right now, that door feels very unwelcoming.
Bottom line: See the doctor if you can stomach the staff, but be prepared for a very frustrating experience before you actually get to the exam room.

Dr. V was amazing. He is phenomenal at what he does and it shows in the exceptional care he provided. Thank you Doc🙏
Special Thanks to Kristi for helping me. She has a heart of gold. I couldn't have gotten through it without her compassion and support.
Highly recommended
