Throughly impressed by the whole staff! Everyone was very compassionate, friendly and professional! They made me feel right at home the moment I walked in. I was first handed off to a very knowledgeable young lady, Deanna, who made me feel more confident and comfortable helped me with selection of types of teeth and color as well as making my anxiety disappear! The General Manager, Michelle was very professional, very helpful and kind.
Doctor Brock (a fellow Army Veteran) was very personable and explained everything in detail. I was most impressed by the kindness that every single staff member demonstrated! I highly, highly recommend Nuvia Louisville, KY!!!

Wonderful and welcoming staff. Very accommodating to any situation and by far the best work I've seen in the Midwest. Prices are great for the extensive care and planning they put into your treatment. I would highly recommend them for any work. Youre in good hands here 😊

Do not go here! They will do surgery on anybody or anything. The consultant you first see, Kristie, is nothing but lies. She will sign you up for surgery and not tell you loan information, how much YOU are paying in interest. They did the incorrect surgery 1 year ago, been in the office 40 times since last Feb. Still no permanent teeth and they banned me from the office after taking my money and not getting any permanent teeth. They will forward your calls to the call center, no Regional manager will contact you! And they only work 3 days a week, if your implants break on Thursday you have to wait til Monday. The staff does NOT care as long as they get their half days and weekends off! They are not accredited with BBB. Dr. Brussels doesnt like anybody that disagrees with him. The office manager, Len, is NEVER in the office. If they say their in a meeting, they are home! Save yourself the time and money and steer clear from this place, they like to call the cops on a disgruntled customer! $40,000 scam!

I was very impressed from my first meeting with the quality of people at this office, all were extremely professional, nice and caring. Everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was shocked that I had less pain from having all my upper teeth pulled than I had in the past by a different dentist just pulling one tooth. After years of going to lesser quality dentists and spending tons of money on poor an even bad dentistry at times my only issue is I wish I had gone to see Dr. Brussell years ago. I cannot stress enough just how happy I have been with this entire procedure!

I had a consultation yesterday. Jo was very, very thorough and is working with me. She was also very nice. Everyone was. Although I did not get to meet with the doctor, I am praying to get this work done that I need so badly. (P.s. that is a very old Google photo of me when my teeth were good 😥)
