I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service at this clinic.
We first came here in June seeking treatment for my daughter, who needed a dental crown. It is now October, and the crown has STILL not been placed. I have already paid for this service in full, yet the process has been dragged out for months with zero results.
To make matters worse, the temporary crown (filling) has broken multiple times, causing unnecessary pain and inconvenience. Every time it breaks, we have to deal with the stress all over again.
The communication is non-existent. They never call back, ignore my follow-ups, and do not respond to my emails. They completely disregard their patients once they have taken the payment.
I strongly do not recommend this clinic. Very unprofessional and unacceptable patient care!

My three year old was terrified to come to the dentist, but when we met Josalyn and Dr. Will, he fell in love with them and didn't want to leave! Josalyn was so patient, kind, and sweet, and so is Dr. Will. She took her time with my son to get him to warm up to her, and gave him directions in a way that he could understand while making it fun; Dr. Will delivered in the same manner. There was no pressure to get anything done when he'd resist a little (but they easily got him to come around), and they didn't rush through anything. They even made conversation with my little chatterbox, which what mama doesn't appreciate? They're great at what they do; we will absolutely be back!

They did an awesome job with my son today!!!!! They even stayed late for our emergency apt and did an amazing job!! I highly recommend. My 23 year old son is schizophrenic and it’s very difficult to get him to trust any dr enough to be seen but they did an amazing job and got it done!! 🩵

Visit today was so excellent. They listen and are so so accommodating. Compassionate employees. Brianna was our assistant. Dr Hendon was very compassionate and understanding. The pediatric office manager is next level excellent she is beyond competent and extremely helpful.

I had to wait about ten minutes past my appointment time, but the staff kept me updated instead of leaving me wondering. The cleaning was thorough, and the dentist explained my X-rays in simple language. I left feeling informed and well cared for.
