The entire staff is extremely helpful and professional. Dr. Nino is amazing. Everyone listens to your concerns and does everything they can to make the experience as painless and worry-free as possible. I switched from a dentist in my own town to Beaumont and recommend this office to everyone!

This one star review is for pediatric dental service only. We personally didn’t have a good experience at this facility. My daughter’s appointment was moved 2 weeks out at the very last minute without any explanation or my approval. We showed up 15mn early to the appointment just to find out that she couldn’t be seen. After I showed 2 email confirmations and 3 confirmation texts for the appointment, the pediatric office manager said she couldn’t do anything about it, and even if I informed her I had never recieved any calls or even one single confirmation email for the new appointment. So, I called their “call center” whom I originally scheduled the appointment with and I was told that the appointment was still available. The call center lady was nice enough to try to connect with the office manager to find out, and she was told that they were short handed and couldn’t accommodate to see my daughter. So, Why lied? And why couldn’t she/they communicate? We will not be back because we would be better off with a different facility who would value our time and appreciate our business.

Both of my sons had dental procedures on the same day. The process started with Pedo Manger Nique, she was patient, informative, and walked me through the treatment plan plus fees due. Easy breezy. The next step was prep with RDA Breanna, she was also informative, patient with my boys, and lighthearted conversation was a plus. My sons have curious minds and she patiently explained everything to them, like me, but in terms they will understand. The final boss stage was Dr. Hamdan, he was detail oriented, made sure every question/concern was addressed and explained each step before plus after the process. Dr. Hamdan went above and beyond to make sure my boys were doing great! My sons left the office complementing EVERYONE and stated “He is my FAVORITE dentist EVER” After the dental procedure we followed up with Nique, discussed the procedure, overall satisfaction, she checked on the boys, and then processed payments with conversation in between. I would recommend this location plus staff to everyone!!!! The process was awesome thanks to the amazing team!!! See you all in 6 months 👋 ✌🏾

Very unprofessional…. My first experience was great until I returned for my cleaning…. They didn’t know what they were doing, no one knew what services I paid for. The hygienist was rude as if it was my fault their office is so unorganized. There is also a video circulating of her all but jumping on a dental assistant unprovoked. I’m talking all in her face, yelling and using profane language during business hours. They fired the asst but she’s still there. Make that make sense. Needless to say I won’t be going back and you shouldn’t either. Oh and let’s not add I’m still having the same issue I went for in the first place.

If only I can give zero stars to this place. I would.
A week ago I got a tooth pulled with a cavity, The doctor ( Christian Nino) he is so unprofessional. They ended up giving me a tooth infection that they refused to treat after, I’ve been running back-and-forth to them in pain with fever with the pain in my ear and my neck… ( they told me he won’t be available to see me since I’ve been this week into the office way too many times) excuse me what? He took me as a patient, he’s responsible to what he have done to my mouth, After procedure care is where he supposed to shine the best because it’s important to make sure it’s healing the way it’s supposed to ( He prescribed me the lower dosage of medicine that was not even HELPING THE
pain )… they were saying that I was trying to take advantage of the prescription, who needs an ibuprofen 800 ? like it’s the most important drug in the world? I’m just speechless. . I did everything by the book, I took care of my mouth after the procedure how you supposed, But it start getting worse to the point that yesterday evening, I collapse in my own home, choking on the blood. By The time EMS show up to my house, I was covered in blood, thick black blood, Fever up high , Blood pressure is so high I was losing so much blood to the point I was passing out .. I don’t understand how Doctor just be so freaking selfish ..
My husband went there this morning trying to confirm the doctor, ( The doctor didn’t even wanna come out. He was hiding in the back office. ) The front desk and the manager was just being extremely rude to my husband . They were
continued repeating rudely to him that it’s not their fault. There is nothing that can do about it… They were also continue repeating that I’ve been into their clinic way too many times complaining about the pain. Isn’t that what you’re supposed to do when you are in extreme Sharp pain?….
WE PAID UPFRONT FOR EVERYTHING.
If anyone else have good experience with this doctor, good for you, but I would not recommend this place.
Count your days DR. NINO.
