I have such a fear of dental procedures, but appointments at Lovett Dental Conroe has been wonderful. Great staff, excellent Dentist. Front office staff is very courteous and welcoming. Kuddos to Sam at the front desk for her professionalism and customer kindness. This is definitely the place to visit for your dental needs!

I scheduled an appointment for 9:00 AM and was not seen for an X-ray until 9:45 AM, resulting in a 45-minute wait. The front desk staff was not very friendly; when I asked how much longer the wait would be, I received an unhelpful response. Eventually, another assistant estimated a wait of about 15 to 20 minutes. When it came time for the X-ray, I was not allowed to accompany my 5-year-old kid who was understandably scared and anxious since it was his second visit to the dentist. Despite my efforts to comfort him, the staff insisted that parents could not be present. This led to my son refusing the X-ray, and they continued to push him to go alone, which I found inconsiderate and unprofessional. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope the clinic can improve their customer service and make the environment more welcoming for young children and their families.

The experience I had here made me feel like family!! Ms Mary & Dr. Tran were VERY helpful and gave real life analogies in order for me to better understand what he was talking about. He thoroughly explained the process of how things work so that I had an understanding of how my teeth were the way they were. He made it very personable and like I highly recommend giving him a chance if you need any dental work (Although I had to call them back multiple times to get my information on pricing everything went ok, also even though their hours reflect Monday through Friday 9-5pm they are not open but 3 days a week so that information is incorrect). Mondays - 8-4pm Every other Thursday 8-2pm and same for Saturdays

I had an amazing experience with Ms. Tammy, the dental hygienist! There was a system error and my appointment was about to be rescheduled, but she went out of her way to fit me in. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and explained how to floss properly; something I didn’t realize I was doing wrong, which was affecting my gums. After years of going to different dentists, she’s the first one who recommended sealing my molars to prevent cavities. She truly cares about her patients. Highly recommend asking for Ms. Tammy.. she’s phenomenal!
