I was referred to Low Country Periodontics & Dental Implants and I can’t say enough about their professionalism, the overall quality of care provided, attention to detail, and user-friendly staff. Dr. Oppenheimer was thorough and everything one could ask for in a periodontist. His support staff of Lisa, Cheryl, and Tammy made it easy for me and provided superb service. After a bad experience at another practice, Low Country Periodontics made sure to give me the best possible customer experience, and I am extremely grateful. I’ve diligently cared for my teeth being a 72 year old guy and these folks are clearly the way to go to keep your teeth healthy! 10’s across board on ALL service metrics and I’m extremely appreciative.

I never been in a dentist office that have such a beautiful view like this ,the elevator wasn't working, was difficult getting into the building using the stairs , many years of experience ,professionalism and friendly staff makes Dr Lee the best option for dental care.

I’ve continued with Dr. Ramsey and her hygienist after a referral for surgical procedures because my teeth deteriorated under care by dental facilities closer to me in Beaufort than her office in Hardeeville. I now trust no one else with my routine care! The trip’s worth it as their consummate professionals! Dr. Ramsey has a great bedside manner, is knowledgeable, thoughtful and makes herself available after hours for questions, problem-solving and medication electronic submissions.

Excellent, compassionate care. I had 3 dental implants with Dr. Oppenheimer and was very pleased with his expertise and calm chairside manner. The staff is also very kind and compassionate. I highly recommend using Low Country Periodontics and Implants.

Kane Ramsey is an excellent specialist! Both on Hilton Head Island, and also at the Hardeeville location. Dr. Ramsey and her entire staff make sure you are well taken care of with a detailed analysis of your dental work. Highly recommend!! Thank you to all the staff at both locations that make this a five star experience each and every time! Definitely a group of professionals that make your smile one to remember!! We appreciate you!!

Meet the Doctors
The practice's clinical team includes Dr. Lee E. Oppenheimer, DDS, Dr. Kane W. Ramsey, DMD, and Dr. Daniel J. Brockway, DMD, MS. Dr. Brockway earned his undergraduate degree in cellular and molecular biology from the University of Michigan, attended dental school at the University of Pittsburgh, and completed his periodontics residency through the Uniformed Services University and Advanced Education Program in Periodontics in Bethesda, MD and Fort Gordon, GA. He is board certified in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry and served ten years as a Dental Officer in the US Army before joining the practice. He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology and the Southern Academy of Periodontists.
