Reception is immediately rude to you and their lack of compassion is unparalleled. Then they put you in an exam room with an open door and you get to watch SO many people ignore you for 47 minutes until the doctor walks in and doesn't introduce himself and getting him to answer questions is like trying to pull teeth. (Terrible pun intended because this was a terrible experience for my daughter.) All that being said, the procedure went okay

When a dental emergency popped up, Ms. Kelly was extremely helpful in making sure that we were able to get services as soon as possible. She was thoughtful, accommodating, and urgent as we navigated a very stressful and physically painful situation and helped get an appointment as soon as possible.

Horrible experience so far. And i havent even made it to the clinic yet… whoever is answering the phones in there… IS NOT answering the phone.. needs to be fired… they put you on hold and wait for you to hang up and when you dont they hang up on you instead… just because you service poor people doesnt mean you have to offer poor service…. FIRE THEM ALL

Trying to see about filing a proper complaint . As I was coming out of surgery getting wisdom removed, resident (going to get his name ) made remarks that was untrue as I was coming out of anesthesia. Didn’t think I heard him but I did . I was accused of smoking when I don’t smoke. Also I wasn’t going to but he also stuck me 4-5 times trying to find vein for iv that left we looking like my arm is of drug use. I don’t like that and I don’t like this place . The 2 lady nurses were really nice tho . She came in and got iv on first time no hurt or anything.

The surgeons practice the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, from wisdom teeth removal to reconstructive jaw surgery. For patients with missing teeth, the practice performs a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures, including implant placement, treatment for patients missing all upper or lower teeth, sinus lifts, ridge augmentation, and socket preservation to prepare the jaw for implants.
