Disappointed when I heard that my client was treated poorly here from start to finish. Kept pushing the date back for the teeth removal. Front desk associate hanging up phone in the client face is crazy. Not calling back. Unfortunately this was the only place to accept the client being that they couldn't move or walk. Client was stuck multiple times. They even injected the wrong medication into the clients mouth before proceeding with the correct medication. A refund need be issued. I would rather go out of state to a place that truly care about my situation from start to finish than come here. DO NOT RECOMMEND IF PERSON IS DISABLED. Also if you are a person of color (black) find somewhere that's does not discriminate when it comes to your care.

I would have rated this office 5 stars because my daughter received great dental care while having all four wisdom teeth removed, and most of the staff were professional, caring, and thorough throughout the process. However, my experience with a dental assistant named Kirstin during both drop-off and pickup unfortunately changed that. Her tone and communication came across as rude, dismissive, and lacking basic customer service skills. Thankfully, the remainder of the team provided excellent care to my daughter.

Love this clinic so much. Had a cavity extracted and from the beginning everything went smoothly. The surgeon was extremely knowledgeable and wonderful bedside manners also. I am feeling great a day later!

I was very pleased with both of my surgeries performed by Dr. Issac Morton at LSU Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery - one to repair my left zygomatic arch (fractured cheekbone) as well as a rhinoplasty surgery (septal fracture). Dr. Morton was extremely thorough, and had an excellent bedside manner. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. His staff is also very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Morton to anyone requiring facial surgery.

Very poor communication and lack of understanding from desk workers. My husband was recently referred here for some dental work. On the day of his consultation he informed the desk worker that he had Tricare Dental. She proceeded to ask him if he meant Tricare medical he reiterated that he meant Tricare Dental. She proceeds to type on her computer and take his military ID making it seem as if everything had went through and she was able to get access to our insurance. Once his consultation was over he was told he had to pay $150. I was confused because I know that’s not corresponding with Tricare Dental. Before we left I told him to ask her what insurance covered assuming she had gotten everything squared away. As I’m examining the paper it states that’s “no coverage was found”. I’m instantly furious and goes to ask her if she made a mistake and maybe she should attempt to lookup my benefits number as the sponsor. ONLY THEN does she decide to say that they are out of network for Tricare Dental. So she decided to basically allow my husband to pay the 150 without informing him that our insurance was out of network for their office beforehand. I don’t want to say this was money hungry or malicious but that it’s definitely how it seemed. We should have been informed that y’all’s office was out of network for our Tricare Dental plan prior to the appointment instead of being left under the impression that the insurance was found and ultimately having to pay full price.(150$ for a consultation).I also want to add that he had to pay as soon as he went to the back before the consultation even began. If we were told that the office was out of network for our insurance when it was first being discussed rather than being basically lied to we would have left.
