Formal Complaint Regarding Treatment at Lubbock Endodontics To whom it may concern, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the treatment my wife and I received during our two recent visits to Lubbock Endodontics. Unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing due to the conduct of the dental technicians we encountered. On both visits, the technicians showed a lack of compassion and professionalism. The way they treated my wife was unacceptable. She was not even finished explaining the reason for her referral before the technician, Angelica, responded with rudeness and an attitude that demonstrated no understanding of customer service. Her behavior made the entire experience very unpleasant. I want to be clear that this complaint is not directed at the entire staff. Dr. Chadwick Sargent has been excellent — respectful, pleasant, and highly professional. The front desk staff have also been consistently kind and courteous. My concern is specifically with the two dental technicians whose behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and leads to improvements. I plan to revisit the clinic soon, and I truly hope to see positive changes in the attitude and professionalism of the dental technicians. Thank you for your attention to this matter

Great expience because I hate having to go to the dentist! Everything was explained beforehand procedure and cost wise. Dr Baker was great and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. Still have to go back in a month to have it finished up. Thank you for your service doc very happy and satisfied tooth feels 100 % better already when it comes to cold sensitivity. Thanks

This experience was nothing short of 1st class all the way around. My first root canal could not have been done any better. I’ve had cleanings that gave more discomfort than this root canal. The office was pristine, staff was exceptional and Dr. Sargent is the best of the best. I could not have been more pleased with this office. Congratulations on a job well done. Bkr

Everyone was very helpful and respectful. Dr. Sargent explained the process before, during, and after which helped to alleviate concerns about the procedure. Everyone was super. I felt very comfortable withe the excellent care that I was given. So thank you!!!

All the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The service provided was in a very relaxing atmosphere, which helped me as someone who absolutely hates getting dental work done. In fact, the vibe was so relaxed and friendly that I almost fell asleep mid-root canal. These guys have saved me from excruciating tooth-related pain twice now, and I’m confident they could do about anything to my mouth and it’d turn out better than it was before.
