I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jacob Allen at Lufkin Family Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, organized, and genuinely attentive. Dr. Allen took the time to clearly explain everything, answered my questions without rushing, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office is clean, modern, and efficiently run, and you can tell patient care is a top priority. I especially appreciated the gentle approach and attention to detail, it made the appointment far less stressful than most dental visits. If you’re looking for a dentist who is professional, personable, and truly cares about his patients, I highly recommend Dr. Allen and his team.

I used to always drive to Houston for dental care because I thought the options there were better, but Lufkin Family Dental has completely changed my mind—and now it saves me an entire day of travel! The staff is warm, friendly, and genuinely caring, while the dentist Dr. Allen, is highly professional, thorough, and explains everything clearly without any pressure. The office feels comfortable and welcoming, which makes a huge difference. For the first time ever, I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment. That’s something I never thought I’d say about going to the dentist! If you’re in the Lufkin area (or even considering the drive from nearby), skip the big city hassle and go here—you won’t regret it. Highly recommend! 5 stars

Had a fantastic experience! The staff was very friendly and thorough. I was a little anxious at first but the hygienist and doctor did an excellent job reassuring me and explaining every step of the way! Would recommend to everyone!

I had a root canal done and had an absolute fantastic experience! I visited two dentals before picking my final one here (I just moved to Lufkin) and ABSOLUTELY LOVED my experience! Guess I have a permanent dental place now! Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for the best dental experience. p.s If your someone whose scared of procedures but it’s also important, come here. You won’t regret it. Promise.

Literally every single staff member at this office is always very sweet & go above and beyond to make their patients feel comfortable and “at home”. The wait time is never more than 5 minutes! Dr. Allen is very professional & informative. I would 100x recommend this practice to anyone looking for a wonderful dental experience.
