Ive had the BEST experience at Luma Dental. The staff and dental assistants are all some of the sweetest people ive ever met and the dentist himself is very sure of himself without having any arrogance. I have really bad anxiety, and they always be sure to talk me through things before they do them and explain things in detail so I understand. I had to have quite a few root canals and crowns as well as fillings put on and everyone has been nothing short of amazing and my smile looks fantastic. Plus the dental assistants let me squeeze their hand when I have to get the numbing shots. I couldnt say better things about this place 🤍

Great first visit! Everyone was welcoming and attentive from the front desk to the back office. I was anticipating bad news at my first appointment, but they made me feel at ease and explained my treatment plan clearly. My hygienist also talked me through the deep gum cleaning step by step and was very gentle throughout the procedure. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Luma Dentistry for the past year for my All-on-4 journey, and they’ve been incredible. Their communication, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made a difficult experience so much easier. I visited several dentists before finding them, and none compared. I truly couldn’t imagine going through this with any other team—highly recommend!

I have cancer , sometimes I rely on others to drive me. My front teeth were knocked down in an automobile accident, they've been broken for 2 years. Waiting for his insurance to pay, but he ran out of money. It was a hit-and-run too. Been in pain and cant eat . Luma was notified of this . Ive been late a couple of times even though I called and was told to come on in.The first time when I arrived i was told I would not be seen. Made another appointment, late again, I called again luma said come on in . As I was filling out paperwork , i was told my dentist wasnt there?But I could be seen. The problem ,xrays we're taken , i was in pain, needed antibiotics, and a treatment plan the lady who looked at my teeth, couldn't evaluate or give me a treatment plan. Worst of all she couldn't prescribe antibiotics or some kind of pain med. I was given an emergency appointment 2 days later. I was charged $295. I didnt raise a fuss, i assumed all would be cleared or I wouldn't be charged again. Late again, I called going to be a few minutes late.i was told to come on in. It wasnt 2 minutes later , i get a call from luma dentistry to not come in, and told I wouldn't be seen, I wasn't going to be seen, this is an emergency appointment. They don't want my business. So i was charged full price for a prescription, out of pocket treatment plan i never received, the xrays are worthless most dentist want to have their own made,and im.disabled.Now I paid for services I didn't receive. Its like having your car towed to the dealership , they gives you a estimate then doesn't want the repair the car but charge you for the estimate. I sent a certified letter asking for a refund , I gave luma 10 + days to respond. That time has expired by many days. No response from luma Dentistry centerville alabama. Next board of Dentistry. BBB, then I'll take them to small claims. These people are unprofessional with a attitude to cover it up. Borderline criminal.
