This was my first visit and had six extractions including two wisdom teeth. The dentist did his job well and the only complaint I have is that I was given a piece of paper with instructions on it for my aftercare but I was not told anything by the dentist about anything , not even the stitches I just noticed them on my own. I understand he is a busy man but he should be a little attentive to his patients. That is the only complaint I have .

I was sad to hear that the face up front that everyone knows and loves will no longer be there. I called today only to hear from whoever answered the phone that the one person that has ever helped me with my insurance woes is gone. If it were not for Billie and Kirsten I never would have gone to any of my appointments. I will no longer be going there and urge everyone else not to go there. Billie was a great addition to the business and has always been helpful, more than helpful with patients. Kirsten is wonderful as well as the blonde lady in the back.

Don't trust the doctor here. Got my child seen here in November. He's 3, no previous dental issues. The doctor did a visual exam She told us he had a bad cavity. She was combative and defensive when we asked for details. She said her tool went "straight into the hole" and that it was an obvious cavity. She tried to get us to fill it the next day, but the only treatment option was to give him a shot while holding him down. We got a second opinion at the pediatric dentistry of San Angelo. They did an X-ray and visual exam. No cavity or any sign of problems. Had another appointment there today with the same results (another X-ray and visual exam). They also have treatment options there that could make any possible fillings a positive experience and take Tricare for military folks.

I made an appointment for my mom so it was a new patient appointment. The Dentist took x-rays told her she had an infection in her gums. The only way to get rid of it was to pull all her bottom teeth, but yet she also told her they wouldn’t be able to do anything until the infection was clear yet they did not prescribe any kind of antibiotics for it. And when I called the next day they hung up on me and I called back and the girl at the front desk said more than likely she would need antibiotics and that she would ask the dentist and call me back later. I still have not received a phone call to see what antibiotics my mom would need for her infection. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.
