Dr. Bahadoran and her team at luxe smile made my Invisalign process easy and painless. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and guided me every step of the way. Perri Ann made dealing with insurance and staying on top of appointments easy as well. She’s also great to converse with and makes you feel like you’ve known her for years. Super professional and comfortable environment. 10/10 recommend

I called them because a broke my tooth. Not even a patient. They gave me an appointment the next day. The reception area to the dentist's chair was an amazing experience. Everyone was so cordial and made you feel so comfortable. Dr. Ruth and her assistant are wonderful. Can't recommend them enough. This is definitely my new dentist.

I’ll be leaving this practice after today. I took half a day off work for a scheduled cleaning appointment only to arrive and be told it was canceled because I didn’t confirm via email. Nowhere in the reminder email does it state that failure to confirm means your appointment will be canceled … it only says to call if you can’t make it. If this is truly their policy, they should clearly state it and use text messages or phone calls, not just email. This was especially frustrating because it’s not my first negative experience here. I’ve also felt pressured financially during an urgent dental treatment that they wanted to fix while I was already in for a cleaning. While already numb for unexpected dental work they brought over an iPad / Apple Pay credit card cube and discussed payment plans for the dental work they were going to do… after they numbed me! This would never happen in any other medical practice except plastic surgery or chiropractic care. Definitely not for an additional filling! My old dentist office would have sent me the bill after the dental work as they were patient before profits. Overall, the office feels very billing-focused and significantly overpriced for many services and products… Such as the whitening strips they offer you can buy the same ones for significantly less on Amazon. I work in healthcare myself, and this experience made me feel like my time and trust were not valued as a patient. It is very profit over patient

I could NOT be more ecstatic with the service I received today. It’s been decades! I was made to feel comfortable, at ease, the staff never once made me feel dismissed or bad about my issue. Ever. The procedure was flawless and faster than I’d have thought and I actually can’t wait to go back to my next appointment. Dr. Pack was simply and utterly amazing and kind and caring and skilled. I’m so glad I made the step to email this dental office. They’re a hidden gem and I’m SO happy to have walked into their doors. I am literally walking on air this evening.

Without a doubt THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE in town! Just had my cleaning today with Melissa who is my favorite hygienist.I always feel so well cared for when I leave.. not just today but at every visit. Thank you to the wonderful front staff as well as all the Drs., assistants and hygienists for a job well done. 😁
