I absolutely love everything about this dental office. From the time you walk in to the time you leave, you are treated so kind. They offer you a beverage while you wait, which is never long, then they escort you back to your warm, massaging chair. Awe!! They explain everything in detail, and make you feel so comfortable. Always asking how you're doing, with care. This office will always be my go to, for sure. Thank you doctor, and staff for always making my visits wonderful.

I had an outstanding experience with Lynnwood and Periodontics & Implants. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Brian Brancheau took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I was comfortable throughout.
The periodontal treatment was thorough and effective, my gums have never felt healthier. The implant procedure was smooth and surprisingly painless, with results that look and feel completely natural. I appreciated the clinic’s use of advanced technology and their attention to detail at every stage.
What really stood out was the genuine care and professionalism of the entire team. They followed up regularly, made scheduling easy, and treated me like more than just a patient. I highly recommend Lynnwood Periodontics & Implant to anyone looking for expert periodontal care or dental implants. You’ll be in excellent hands!

I had an external root resorption on a tooth and was referred to Dr. Brancheau's office. My dentist said Dr. Brancheau was outstanding and I can now agree. I secured an appointment right away and knew immediately I was in good hands. The extraction of the damaged tooth, the implant, and an unrelated gum graft all were done carefully and with great skill. The healing went quickly and with very little discomfort. I'll get a crown on the new implant next week. If I need more work done in the future, I will not hesitate to go back to Lynnwood Periodontics & Implants. Highly recommended.

Very professional. The surgery was outpatient and went smoothly. I'm not going to lie, healing was painful, but went really well, and the results were worth it. I had very low wait times to get into my appointments. I highly recommend.

Dr. Brancheau made the entire bone graft process as easy and pain-free as possible. I had no problems after the procedure and would highly recommend him. The entire staff, including Dr. Brancheau, are wonderful, kind, welcoming, and truly caring. I even enjoy walking into the office and being greeted by Christi’s smiling face, which says a lot for someone who usually dreads dental work, let alone a bone graft that initially seemed so intimidating. Thanks to their excellent care, I would feel completely comfortable having him do it again if needed.
