Receptionists were courteous and helpful. Dental Assistant was professional and took care of x-rays and saw that I was settled in for dentist’s exam, very patient with me. Dr. Madan was her usual knowledgeable, professional self handling the exam, explaining the situation carefully. She realized that I was from Williamsburg and made my follow up appointment at the Suffolk office nearer to me and at a time convenient for me, a personal observation not every professional might have made. Thank you!

Dr. Madan and her assistant Brittney were extremely kind and informative concerning my teeth. I was really worried about my cum around one tooth but Dr. Madan calmed me down about the surgery procedure hopefully soon. Now I’m waiting to discuss insurance options with her assistant. All in all it was a very good appointment, I am Thankful!!! UPDATE; Dr Madan successfully did surgery on my gum around one tooth. The doctor and her assistants Dianna and Melissa were very professional and they all worked together well. I have PTST and deal with anxiety but they seemed to check on me periodically which kept me calm. And John the one who handles insurance was kind and helpful, he was spot on with all of the information he gave me. Awesome place for dental work and a true blessing for me.

Melissa and Dr. Madan were attentive and communicative throughout my cleaning procedure process. I had neglected to get my cleanings for about 10 years. I had minimal to no discomfort throughout the process because they checked in and honestly had a skill for noticing my microexpressions during. They were so kind. I will be recommending this office to anyone who needs any future dental care.

I recently had a skin graft procedure done by my periodontist, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. From the very first consultation, they were incredibly thorough in explaining every step of the procedure. They took the time to go over why the graft was needed, what the process would involve, and what I could expect during recovery. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered in a clear and reassuring way.
What really stood out was how personable and friendly the entire experience was. It’s not always easy walking into a dental office for a procedure like this, but they made me feel comfortable right away. Their calm and professional demeanor helped ease my nerves, and it was clear they genuinely cared about my comfort and understanding.
The procedure itself went smoothly, and I felt confident the entire time because of how well everything had been explained beforehand. It’s rare to find a specialist who combines expertise with such a warm and approachable attitude.
I’m very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this periodontist to anyone needing periodontal treatment, especially a gum graft procedure.

A very caring and comfortable experience with the my Dr. and the staff at your office . I'm looking forward to every visit. I can't wait to see the final work completed .(Which is bone work in my gum & implants of my top front teeth. Thank you guys very much. God Bless you all !
