When I originally called for a consultation, I was at the point where I honestly thought there was no way I could get everything done that I wanted in order to have a smile I felt confident with again. From the very beginning, Josephine walked me through the entire process during my consultation and made everything feel manageable. Dr. Pallotto made me feel so comfortable and took the time to explain the best options for both longevity and cosmetic results. What stood out most to me is how personal and genuine Dr. Pallotto is. He always makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to talk with you, no matter how busy his schedule is. His staff is also wonderful, kind, and professional. I had many consultations before deciding to go with Dr. Pallotto, and after leaving those appointments, I often felt discouraged. This experience was completely different. I finally felt hopeful, informed, and confident in my decision. I am so grateful for Dr. Pallotto, Josephine, and the entire staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent care and beautiful, long-lasting results.

This is my recommendation for MADE DENTAL IMPLANT CENTER. My experience with Dr. Kim, Dr. Josephine and the team was exceptional. There were several items important to me when I first sought out recommendations for the dental work I would need; this included the function of my teeth, the look of my teeth and the cost. From the moment I walked into the dental office of Made Dental Implant and I was greeted warmly by Anastasia and Dr. Josephine. I was encouraged to ask questions. Dr. Kim provided me with a thorough assessment and recommendations on what specifically I needed to have done to improve the function and appearance of my teeth; and my anxiety began to ease. It was not a rushed process. It was not a one day process. It took time and commitment to get to where my teeth would be functional and stable. I was treated with compassion and professionalism beyond my expectations. All of the staff were professional and skilled. Maria, Meagan and Savanah assisted Dr Kim and were the voices of encouragement and skilled care to me as the dental process's continued. Dr. Josephine and Dr Kim proved the structure and the information I needed to make informed decisions. I cannot emphasize enough the highly technical skill of Dr Kim, his critical thinking on how to do the dental work I needed and what would be the best dental procedures for me. Dr. Kim has the knowledge to do the precise dental work I received and also had the professional confidence in his level of skill. Dr. Kim’s expertise and skill combined with his thoughtful manner gave me such confidence as the dental process began and continued during every visit. Every step of my dental journey was explained and re-explained so I could understand what to expect for every dental procedure I had. I am so grateful for the outcome. My teeth are beautiful, feel like my own teeth, and our functional. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kim and his team at MADE. After having an upper bite restoration, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions of my life. The results are beautiful, and for the first time in years, I can smile with confidence again. From my very first consultation, the entire staff was welcoming, kind, and supportive. They immediately made me feel comfortable and cared for. During my second appointment, Dr. Kim showed me an actual model of my bite, which helped me clearly understand my situation and make an informed decision about my treatment. The restoration process was involved, but Dr. Kim and his assistant, Maria, made every step easy, calm, and gentle. I was kept well informed throughout the entire process and I always felt respected and confident in the care I was receiving. Another thing I greatly appreciated was that the treatment was handled efficiently and professionally. Unlike experiences I have had elsewhere, the process was not unnecessarily dragged out. Dr. Kim is truly amazing. His skill, attention to detail, and genuine care are exceptional. I came to Dr. Don Kim at Made Dental for veneers and to fix a bite issue that had been bothering me for years. The transformation has been life-changing. Dr. Kim is exceptionally detail-oriented — he mapped out every aspect of my treatment carefully, made sure the veneers were perfectly shaped and shaded, and corrected my bite with real precision. Nothing was rushed, nothing was overlooked. My smile looks natural, symmetrical, and beautiful. I get compliments constantly and I finally feel confident showing my teeth. Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had.

I reached out to MADE Dental Implant Center as a second opinion for my lateral incisor dental implant that was placed about 10 years ago and has recently undergone some rather aesthetically displeasing changes. Anastasia was incredibly kind, professional and thorough as she detailed my case, collected information/dental records and quickly scheduled my consultation. Within hours, Dr. Josephine reached out to learn more about my specific case and presenting complaint to ensure we were aligned during my in-person consultation. I made the one-hour drive from Chicago and am so glad I did! The facility is in an easy to access and serene development with plenty of parking. The clinic itself is extremely clean, quiet, and welcoming - it feels more like a spa than a dental clinic. The in-person consult took place in an intimate and comfortable office rather than a dental chair - making me feel so much more relaxed. The second Dr. Josephine started discussing my case, I knew I was in excellent hands - she was an active listener, exceptionally communicative, and extremely empathetic. I felt like I was talking to a friend! I am really excited to work with Dr. Josephine and the MADE Dental Implant Center team. Fellow Chicagoans it is absolutely worth the drive!
