I had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in right away and did a fantastic job! They are always friendly and very informative. Even though I don’t really like going to the dentist these guys are great!!

Super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Attentive and provide detailed information and options regarding care needed. We had a few laughs too! I'm excited for their new location to open!!

If I could leave a zero i would. Two $158.00 charges for having a child that was "difficult"! I was never informed that they charge extra when a child cries about having his teeth looked at. Just billed and then sent to collections. They also sent my 12 year old daughter home with $20 tooth paste, her grandmother took her to this appointment, I wasn't asked about it and did not give permission to have this sent home with her. What kind of "family dental charges extra for kids be kids! If they can't handle a 1 minute exam and Floride treatment on a young child, why are they even listed as a family dental when all they do is take a quick peek and refer them of to another dentist to do the actual work! DO NOT GO HERE, as they will find ways to charge you for expenses that insurance does not cover! Then without hearing back from you they'll send you to collections! Stupidest thing i have ever been charged For!!!!!

All of the staff we met from check in to the completion of the dental work we received were professional, friendly and very helpful. The facility was very clean and inviting. The staff was very good at listening and providing information. The questions that could not be answered were addressed in email within a couple days of the appointment. Excellent experience.

I had a small chip in a front tooth so I made an appointment with Dr. Billy. My appointment was at 8 AM and I was out in less than an hour with a brand new smile! He and Rachel did a fantastic job putting me at ease and the process was pain free. The whole staff is welcoming and friendly. I will definitely recommend Madison Family Dental to family & friends. Thank you Dr. Billy!
