Really enjoy coming to MCD. The experience is always pleasant and the team is welcoming and kind! Ms. Jan was my latest hygienist and she was super sweet. Dr. Carson is always insightful and helpful and has previously helped me navigate some other symptoms I was dealing with healthwise to make my experience at the dentist comfortable. They also go above and beyond with small details like TVs in each room and your choice of what to watch & a warm washcloth for your face/mouth at the end of your cleaning. Give them a try!

Magic City Dentistry is the the gold standard of oral care. They make it easy to set appointments and punctual upon arrival. In additional to great attention to detail, they are knowledgeable and take the time to educate you on your treatment options. We drive from Huntsville for the great care and reasonable prices. As a family, I have had no complaints from anyone. Amazing!

Great experience! The office was right on time, which I really appreciated, and everything was spotless and well organized. The entire team was warm, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. My hygienist, Jan, was absolutely fantastic—gentle, thorough, and very knowledgeable. She made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly.

Everyone was friendly and professional. However, I have to give a special shout out to Jan who was my previous hygienist. As always, she did an awesome job. Kudos Jan!!! Dr. Carson was thorough and voiced a concern along with a recommendation. Thank you Dr. Carson! I think MCD and I will get along very well!

I’ve been a patient here for a couple of years, and until recently I’d only had two negative experiences. I believe in second chances, so I continued coming back, hoping those incidents were isolated. Unfortunately, the most recent experience was completely unacceptable. I scheduled my appointment six months in advance, as I always do, because my schedule can be hectic. On the morning of my appointment, I received a call from an unknown number around 6:00–7:00 a.m. I saw the voicemail about an hour later and immediately called back, only to be told that my appointment had been canceled because I didn’t “confirm” it. I have never been required to confirm appointments in the past — I schedule them and show up as planned. To make matters worse, the staff member I spoke with was very rude and informed me that my time slot had already been given to someone else. This made it clear that my appointment was canceled simply to accommodate another patient. When I asked about the next available appointment, I was told it would be another month or two away. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It’s not okay to inconvenience a long-time patient or make them feel unimportant just to prioritize someone else. After this experience, I’m actively looking for a new dental office.
