Everyone was very nice/professional. I am impressed with skills to communicate and keep me informed of every step of the way. It is refreshing to see the entire staff fully confident in their job. I walked out of there feeling amazing and relieved to have found a great dentist!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at both of these offices. I’ve seen multiple doctors who have all been great and I can’t speak enough praises for Jaycee the hygienist who did my cleaning. I have a ton of dental anxiety and she put all my worries at ease and made sure I was comfortable and informed. She communicated well and made sure I understood what she was talking about, her recommendations and why. I’m so thankful to have finally found a dental office that I actually enjoy going to! The scheduling/office staff is also so kind and always a pleasure to work with! Jess always makes sure I’m well informed so there’s no surprises! ❤️

Amazing staff. I had to bring my 9 month old son with me to my appointment and i was really nervous he wouldn’t hold still during cleaning. Of course he didn’t and he as fussy mid way through, one of the girls from the front office came to pick him up and keep him company while i finished up. as a mom who has a hard time finding daycare, the ladies up front were very considerate and sweet with my check in and the whole process! Thank you!

Dr. Reid was hands down the best dentist. Very kind, communicative about what he was going to do, and really took the time to make sure I was numb and comfortable before starting. I have had a horrible experience with a crown prior with a different dentist. Just based on my experience with him, I will definitely be going back to Magnolia for all my and my family’s dental work.
