I have been lax trying to find a new dentist since I moved to Eugene. But I called Magnuson Dental, and was blown away by the customer service over the phone (Debbie?). She was awesome... scheduled me for the following week, took a bit of information on where to get prior dental record, and chatted just a bit. When I arrived, I was greeted by two wonderful dogs that they have... and that was a big plus. I was taken to the room where they do photos, and that went well. My cleaning was perfect, the young lady who did it was terrific! Excellent care! Meeting the Dentists here was really nice... great people. The staff (all of them) were wonderful! Very happy to be part of their customer base now!

As a patient who has had numerous dental procedures throughout my life, I have to say the Magnuson Dental is by far the best dental clinic I have ever been lucky enough to find. Before I went to Magnuson, I had missing and cracked teeth and was in need of several procedures. I had zero reason to smile. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly, welcoming staff that immediately put me at ease. Debby (the office manager) provided clear guidance through the initial steps and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the process. Once I met Dr. Norm and Dr. Ryan, I knew I was in good hands. They expertly fixed my dental issues and showed genuine care and compassion. The personalized attention and emphasis on patient comfort makes this practice exceptional. With their highly skilled team, dental health management has never been easier. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality dental health care.

I had the best experience at Magnuson Dental. The office was so comfortable and the staff is a pleasure to be around, and of course the doggies were the best. I was relaxed and well taken care of. I was very comfortable during the entire exam and cleaning and the Doctor and hygienist were incredible. I will recommend this Dentist and staff to everyone. And thanks for the music, what a blessing.

Have been going to Magnuson dental now for the past year after not seeing a dentist in a very long time and have always had a pleasant experience. They are a family run business, set in a relaxed environment, always friendly and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other friends and family.

Great service. Friendly staff. Awesome dentists. Thanks for caring about your patients. We highly recommend Magnuson Dental. If you need dental services this office is very helpful. The office staff are kind and prompt with scheduling, the hygienists clean our teeth with care and precision, the dentist is simply the best. Thank you Magnuson dental. Update: After an extraction I have experienced "toothaches" daily. Over the past month and a half Magnuson Dental has worked with me, many visits, to resolve the problem. Prompt appointments, positive attitude, antibiotics, RX mouth wash and an x-ray. There is no known cause for the aching I feel. However I am grateful for the help and reassurance this office has shown me. Many thanks for your patience with me. A big thank you to the office personnel, dental assistants and Ryan.
