I cannot say enough amazing things about Main Street Dental and their entire staff. The level of care I received here is truly unmatched — and I can honestly say I have never experienced dental care like this in my entire life.
From the moment I walked in…. Wait no, the very first call… this is sounding like a great first date lol but I was treated with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. Every single person I interacted with made me feel heard, respected, and completely at ease. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions without rushing, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The staff is NOT only incredibly skilled and professional, but also warm, welcoming, and attentive — which makes all the difference, especially if you’ve ever had anxiety about dental visits. It’s rare to find a place where you feel like they truly care about you, not just your appointment. Main Street Dental has completely changed my expectations of dental care. I am beyond grateful for the outstanding treatment I received and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for exceptional, compassionate, top-tier dental care.

Exceptional, Timely Service. Dr. Beus was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to review my dental history, my current needs, and he explained numerous treatment options, approaching my dental needs as part of a comprehensive health / dental plan! Needless to say I was very impressed!
I would (…and will) recommend Main Street Dental to friends and family.

I’m working with Main Street Dental and I can’t express how grateful I am. I need ALOT of dental work done and have done my homework. After visiting and getting estimates I am going with Dr. Jake and his staff that includes Desi, Fran and Morgan. Everyone has treated me so well and are so knowledgeable and supportive. We haven’t started the main work, but I’ve had the X-rays, etc. Dr. Jake is very hands on and spent much time making sure that I understood everything, going over each tooth. Whereas before I found Dr. Jake I was scared, nervous and wasn’t sure of the outcome. I am no longer any of these things and I’m actually excited to get the work done. My suggestion to anyone looking for major dental work is to contact Main Street Dental. I’ve already done the homework for you and I’m confident you won’t find anyone better. I’ll post more when I’m showing off my new smile! Thanks to Main Street Dental.

Great first experience at Main Street Dental. The staff are professional and welcoming. I appreciate that they work with and accept VA coverage other wise I would have to travel to Pueblo or Colorado Springs. Zero complaints and would recommend.

We are new patients of Dr Jake Buse, and the best part we learned that he is now
accepting VA patients, so my husband was glad if that. Very through, explains everything in a way that regular folks can understand the dental "language". The staff is very nice. Best thing we don't have to go to Pueblo nor Colorado Springs.

The office of Dr. Jake Beus focuses on adult dentistry, from routine maintenance and repairs to a full range of cosmetic and restorative care. Services include dental implants, crowns and bridges, dentures, same-day smile makeovers, invisible aligners, sedation dentistry, and 24/7 emergency dental care. Dental implants are a central focus of the practice, whether a patient needs to replace a single tooth or is considering a complete smile restoration, and the practice offers free consultations to explore options.
The practice has an in-house full-service dental lab, which it says allows it to create restorations more efficiently and at a lower cost. Meet the Doctors
Main Street Dental and Implants is led by its founder, Dr. Jake Beus. Dr. Beus graduated from Roseman University College of Dental Medicine in 2015 and has centered his practice on advanced restorative procedures such as dental implants, implant-secured bridges and dentures, same-day crowns, and invisible aligners. Originally from a small town in Utah, he served a two-year mission in Honduras before pursuing dentistry, and he lives in Colorado with his wife and two daughters.
